The bed was super comfortable and I slept like a log. The large walk in shower was also great.
The breakfast was very nice, I had the vegetarian full English. The only criticism would be that the beans were cold and the flat white coffee was served too hot.

Friendly staff, got a room upgrade, breakfast was fantastic.
The room service was not available while I was there, but the receptionist arranged for my Deliveroo to be bought to the room with plates, etc.

Lovely welcoming desk staff who were all happy to help. Checked in earlier at no extra cost.
Like the mix of original warehouse features with the new. New well decorated modern bathroom. Clean room with most things needed. Very large comfortable bed (bed a bit low).
Excellent location, toiletries, shower and breakfast. Good value 2 night stay.
No fridge in room.
Didn't sleep at all the first night. The room felt cold. We were provided with a heater which was lovely.
The noise coming from outside & inside hotel was a lot. Also there was a humming (sounded like a generator) noise all night. I used my headphones to try & distract from the noise. The second night was much better, no humming/generator noise so slept all night.

The hotel is conveniently situated for Piccadilly railway station. It's a lovely Victorian building and some of the old architecture has been tastefully preserved in the decor. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Check in wasn't until 3pm. I had single occupancy of a tiny double room. I had 2 poor night's sleep due to street noise and outside lighting. The restaurant was closed both evenings. Service at breakfast was poor. Both mornings waiters forgot to take my order. On the first morning the waiter got my order wrong.

Beautiful building and lovely rooms with a hint of quirkiness! I was upgraded to a suite so had lots of space to relax and stunning leather chairs

Great location
Could hear everything next door, above and corridor, loud flooring and very thin walls.
Had to keep tv on low just to drown out the noise of everything else. This was mid week also.
Rooms looks a lot nicer on the photo and could do with an update and paint.
