The location is very good especially if you are travelling via train to Piccadilly.
The rooms are exceptionally spacious and the beds are very large and comfy.
I also loved the bedroom furniture with plenty drawers and a nice sitting area.
Shower pressure is also very good.
The heating is central. Although it was June, Manchester was around 10 Celsius degrees and the room was too cold for my taste.

Location was great - just right for city centre and Exchange Square and the trams and only a matter of yards from Manchester Piccadilly Station. The breakfast was very good, excellently presented and served daily.

Absolutely disgusting place. Old , dirty, paint coming off the walls, cracked windows, weed growing outside windows and that’s luxury room i booked!

Fantastic customer service. Upgraded our room to a suite due to an issue with the booking as there was already someone in the room we had been given. Free drink at the bar while we waited, exceptional customer service. Room was beautiful, beds were comfy, room was a good temperature and quiet.

Room was fine.
Breakfast is shockingly poor. Served not buffet. 5 requests and only 2 arrived correct. No condiments juice, water, toast despite asking twice.

Decor and overall design of the hotel.
Breakfast was not up to standard. Only one coffee included with the breakfast is poor. The toast was slightly stale. The lady serving breakfast could be more happier. There was no airconditioning in any room. The room we had was noisy because the internal windows did not shut properly and the noise from the street below could come in.

Good location
Room wasn't available until hours after check in time then when we were finally given a room we had to ask to move as it absolutely stank. When we requested the move the receptionist told us it was actually the room next door that stank but the smell must have wafted through?!?! It was also a 40° heatwave and the Aircon didn't work in any room + no windows could open. Wouldn't stay again.
