Very Good
Great location and staff
Rooms are very small. With 2 people it is crowded. Not a room for doing work. No desk

Wonderful
The location is what sold this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we could drop off our luggage before check in. The room itself was small, but clean and with nice features. I think the room is overpriced for what it is, but I'm sure location is the reason.
Room size for 2 people max

Very Good
Staff was very accommodating, professional, proactive, and polite. Despite being in the heart of a bustling theater district, the room was amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was much smaller than expected, but overall, well appointed and comfortable.

Wonderful
The staff were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, friendly and so helpful at every step of the way. We stayed 5 nights total split across two stays and we were looking forward to coming back the second time simply because we appreciated the staff so much. The first stay we ended up in a windowless studio which was unfortunate because that was not what I booked initially, but they made sure that the second stay we were in a proper studio with a window and it was absolutely wonderful.
Ending up in a windowless studio when that wasn't what I had booked. We were so exhausted from travel that we didn't realize that it was incorrect until after we had settled in and so we just didn't want to make a fuss. but when we got the proper room the second time it was perfect and we loved every moment of our stay.

Poor
The staff were excellent. Location was excellent
You literally had to crawl over your partner to get on other side of bed. No way to walk around bed. No drawers. No closet. I’m older and found this unacceptable and they could not accommodate with any other room.

Great central location close to the tube but still quiet inside. Clean room with a perfect mini kitchen. All the fancy buttons in the room to turn all the lights on and off and the curtains up and down was fun. There is a little table to take meetings at which is great.

Pleasant
Close walking proximity to many places of interest
Lobby space is limited to 4 seats
So very crowded at check in or check out out times or waiting for an uber
Rooms are very small ( we had a studio)
Back breaking to get to the side of the bed against the wall … one must be agile to get into and climb out of bed if you’re the one against the wall
No way to gain entry from the foot of the bed either as there’s a 2 foot shelf that you must step up onto to get into the bed
No top sheet on the bed
No room to relax in the room except lying down
Only 1 bath towel per person for 3 nights
No face clothes

Poor
The staff were very nice and helpful.
The air circulation inside the room was so bad. My node were bleeding. There was no amenities that the hotel can offer. At least a small gym.

Very Good
Cozy, cleanroom; all basic kitchen supplies; super comfy bed; great walking location with easy access to all downtown sights; very friendly and helpful staff
First room given to us was quite small and located in basement; they moved us upon request to the only open room - best to specify when booking or book directly with hotel maybe

Pleasant
Good location to busy London streets to get to busses, restaurants, coffee shops
No technology instruction of everything including water, shower, toilet, lights, until we asked individual staff members over 3 day period. Coffee maker location up high and controls out of sight. Facility says they will take my concerns under consideration, microwave no instructions. The extremely limited space in this size apartment leads to numerous challenges. This is a one person apartment. No room for suitcases, toiletries. The staff was polite responsive and addressed the concerns, but were not always able to fix things promptly such as the broken over bed light and shower door. They did fix light the next day. Non closing shower door never fixed. If you have more than one person staying, I would advise getting the next size up apartment for your comfort and less frustration.

Exceptional
Everything was top-notch: Truly caring staff, unbeatable location, well-appointed and spotless room with a soft bed, and the morning of check-out they kindly held my luggage while I visited one last museum (you just need to collect your luggage before midnight). Relative to the exorbitant prices of daily expenses in central London, Wilde is very fairly priced. They don't clean your room unless you hang a sign outside the door asking for cleaning, which I personally like. Highly recommend.
I like my morning coffee - Wilde could perhaps leave an extra 2 (caffeinated) coffee pods to start out with, in addition to the 2 caffeinated pods and 2 non-caffeinated pods that were already there. Especially since rooms are not cleaned (and things therefore not restocked) by default.
