Wonderful
The hotel was in a great location for getting around central London. It was quiet and well run.
The apartment we were in was very small. I knew this before arriving as I looked at pictures before booking. It’s difficult to get into the bed because one side and the foot of the bed are against the walls.

Probably the lighting. You had to turn on the lights to the bathroom from outside of the restroom. But nothing that would keep me away.

Location is perfect and close to sights like Big Ben, Parliament, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye.
The room was very small. Barely any room to open your luggage. Also no safe but then there wasn’t room service daily so it wasn’t a problem.

The location is really good. The room was clean and nice. The staff was really helpful.
On the first two nights there was horrible noise which made it difficult to sleep. After moving to another room (as I requested) the window didn't open, which made it a bit airless and stifling

Location is fabulous.
Did I mention the location is fabulous?
I had one of the upper rooms, and the views over the Strand were awesome. Room was compact, beautifully decorated, clean with a mini kitchen with mini fridge, double burner, microwave, coffee and tea pots, dishes. The shower was excellent, plenty of hot water and I really liked the overhead or handheld spray options. There is a post office, M&S food store across the street. Also, a chemist, great shops, coffee spots, restaurants just steps away as well. You are near everything. Embankment and Charing Cross station tubes, beautiful parks and walkways, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Chinatown, the Themes with views of Big Ben one way/ St. Paul’s the other.
The staff was incredibly wonderful. If you need extras of the free coffee/tea/ milk/ towels or other amenities you can get them no problem. Loved the location and staff so much.
There’s a key scanner to get in and out of building after 11 pm for safety, which was nice. Also, staff is right in main area when you walk in day and night, which helped me feel safe during my late night comings and goings.

The location was great, several Underground Tubes and theaters nearby. It seemed to be in the heart of places to visit in London, There was a grocery store just minutes away, having the ability to cook was great. The outlets were USB, making it easy to charge our phones. The black out curtain was fabulous. The AC worked great.
We had to totally unpack our suitcases to be able to use the room, there wasn't anywhere to keep even one suitcase opened. Some of the shelves were too high for someone 5'4" tall to reach. The platform bed was very difficult to use, the far side of the bed did not have a side table or outlets for charging.

Fabulous location can walk to everything in the area. And you can always hop in a Black Taxi. Staff was incredible, professional, helpful and accommodating. The room was well stocked and very comfortable
One side of the king bed made it import get up & out without crawling over my husband.

Bed is not comfortable. Room is very small. Shower door couldn’t fully closed. Shower drainage is clogged. Room is not that clean either.

Everything. I have never slept better in my life, the location was perfection and the staff were very helpful and kept me laughing my whole stay. They are truly stars and the only way the stay could have gotten better. Chris was so helpful with finding a hair straightener for purchase, which was definitely not a question I think he gets too often. The stay was unbelievably and left me wishing I didn’t have to leave!
In room dining would have been the only thing that could have improved my stay, however my Uber Eats WAS taken for me and brought up to my room, so there really wasn’t anything
