The room is nice and beautiful, a bit packed for 3 people but it’s fine as long as you don’t have big suitcases. Great location too.
The lobby is very small, could become very crowded when lots of guests come at the same time. Apparently need to pay to ask for room to be clean or tidy up.

The staff were very nice and helpful.
The air circulation inside the room was so bad. My node were bleeding. There was no amenities that the hotel can offer. At least a small gym.

The whole experience exceeded all expectation. I am not sure where to start, the location of the hotel is Amazing. I though the room was going to be too small but it turned out to be perfect. The room had everything I needed and more, the scent of the hotel and the room and the level of cleanness was excellent. The check in and check out procedures were very easy, totally recommend this hotel for anybody coming to London and will for sure return again!

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, friendly and so helpful at every step of the way. We stayed 5 nights total split across two stays and we were looking forward to coming back the second time simply because we appreciated the staff so much. The first stay we ended up in a windowless studio which was unfortunate because that was not what I booked initially, but they made sure that the second stay we were in a proper studio with a window and it was absolutely wonderful.
Ending up in a windowless studio when that wasn't what I had booked. We were so exhausted from travel that we didn't realize that it was incorrect until after we had settled in and so we just didn't want to make a fuss. but when we got the proper room the second time it was perfect and we loved every moment of our stay.

The kitchenette was really useful and practical, location was ideal and was very clean
The first day we got told that there was a leak going into the restaurant below and the engineer came to fix it, then our shower and toilet wouldn’t drain whilst I was part way through my shower and had to stop due to the bathroom flooding

The location is what sold this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we could drop off our luggage before check in. The room itself was small, but clean and with nice features. I think the room is overpriced for what it is, but I'm sure location is the reason.

Staff was very accommodating, professional, proactive, and polite. Despite being in the heart of a bustling theater district, the room was amazingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The room was much smaller than expected, but overall, well appointed and comfortable.

The staff were excellent. Location was excellent
You literally had to crawl over your partner to get on other side of bed. No way to walk around bed. No drawers. No closet. I’m older and found this unacceptable and they could not accommodate with any other room.
