The accommodation looks modern and pretty but it is impractical. The bed was comfortable but the mattress kept shifting off the base.
It’s small and challenging for 2 people to maneuver about in. Hooks! Put hooks up in the hallway, bed area, and more in the bathroom for our things. There’s a few small shelves in the hallway but you’ve cluttered them with your silly notices and such. If I am spending several days somewhere, I want to be able to set out my things. The kitchen needs at least 2 decent absorbent towels. Wilde Aparthotels is obviously going for a sleek design and modern amenities but having someone explain how to turn on and off the lights and other electronics upon arrival would be great. It took us a while to understand the system. My kingdom for a simple light switch! The location is excellent but I don’t think I would stay here again.

The hotel location is perfect, and the staff are extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious, making the stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

Prime London location near theatres and Covent garden , and near my workplace Somerset house so it was perfect
Love the kitchen fridge microwave utensils etc , staff was so friendly and helpful.
How there is no room to move around the bed it So it would be hard fir two people to be in this room .

The location
That the heating system didnt stay on while gone so when we returned it was freezing and had to wait for a while for the room to be warm. Also, you couldn’t regulate how much water came from the shower.

The room is nice and beautiful, a bit packed for 3 people but it’s fine as long as you don’t have big suitcases. Great location too.
The lobby is very small, could become very crowded when lots of guests come at the same time. Apparently need to pay to ask for room to be clean or tidy up.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Kind, welcoming, friendly and so helpful at every step of the way. We stayed 5 nights total split across two stays and we were looking forward to coming back the second time simply because we appreciated the staff so much. The first stay we ended up in a windowless studio which was unfortunate because that was not what I booked initially, but they made sure that the second stay we were in a proper studio with a window and it was absolutely wonderful.
Ending up in a windowless studio when that wasn't what I had booked. We were so exhausted from travel that we didn't realize that it was incorrect until after we had settled in and so we just didn't want to make a fuss. but when we got the proper room the second time it was perfect and we loved every moment of our stay.

The staff were very nice and helpful.
The air circulation inside the room was so bad. My node were bleeding. There was no amenities that the hotel can offer. At least a small gym.

The whole experience exceeded all expectation. I am not sure where to start, the location of the hotel is Amazing. I though the room was going to be too small but it turned out to be perfect. The room had everything I needed and more, the scent of the hotel and the room and the level of cleanness was excellent. The check in and check out procedures were very easy, totally recommend this hotel for anybody coming to London and will for sure return again!
