The location was incredibly central! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need! Denny, the host manager, was unbelievable! Very kind and helpful! Was super easy to get the keys from them and communication from the main office, Djan, was impeccable! Will definitely stay there again!

Couldn't have asked for a better location. Perfectly located near food, retail and public transport (Tottenham Court Station). Just a 10 minute walk to Covent Garden. Check-in was smooth, the host met us exactly at the time that was arranged. Great communication with the host to address check-in and check-out times as well as any other matters regarding the property. The rooms are of a very comfortable size for central London. All of the rooms are equipped with double beds with enough space for luggage. Kitchen, laundry and living room in the basement with bathroom. 1st bedroom (biggest) on the ground floor. 2nd bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor. 3rd and 4th bedroom on the 2nd floor. 5th bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. Detailed information given via QR code on arrival at the property. Washing machine, dryer and detergent provided. Full kitchen facilities. We were a family of 7 and the accommodation was perfect for us. Thank you.

The group was able to meet regularly throughout the day while finding it easy to reach all the sights that each person wanted to see. Tastefully furnished and comfortable.

The location of the property was ideal for visiting and seeing London. We hit a couple plays in London's West End. We traveled to the various churches and cathedrals in the city as well. The property's proximity to public transit made navigating the city quite simple. There were nice shops nearby to score some essentials for the apartment. Nice nearby cafes to score some breakfast/espresso in the mornings. The host was very responsive and professional to work with. We traveled with a group of 9 people and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated our group very well. It would be challenging to find anything negative regarding the property. I suppose possible points which would be good to know, which we did, would be that the property has quite a few stairs to reach the various levels and bedrooms. Just know you would need to be good with navigating stairs if you were intending to book this property. Possibly also good to know would be that the common area (kitchen/family room) of the property is in the lowest level of the unit which doesn't have any exterior windows, so naturally, there is just not a lot of natural light down there.

Great location, clean house with all the amenities. Check in and check out was easy just make sure to have PayPal. Great house for Girls weekend.
We were there on the weekend and the music was loud until 2am every night. A noise machine helped.

We have a great time at our apartment and we were happy, It’s wonderful apartment and very quiet and clean as well as good location.
I have an issue with my refund(£600) which will take between 15-40 business days for the amount to appear on my credit card! it’s unbelievable and unfair.

Excellent accommodation for a large group! The house is impressively spacious, spanning 5 floors with 5 bedrooms, all tastefully furnished and superbly clean. The location is unbeatable, just off Oxford Street - couldn't have been better! The flexibility with check-in/out times was greatly appreciated. The property is exceptionally well-maintained, and the beds and linens exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and quality. We very much enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

Great location, big rooms awesome layout of the place. Loved the balcony and rooftop terrace. Huge kitchen. Would really suit large family.
The fact that we had to pay an extra £80 because we arrived from our plane at 22:00. Felt this was a little much as we paid for that night that we weren’t even really there for. Also lost all water to the place for about 10 hours. Apparently this was all of Oxford street so couldn’t be helped.

Lovely property in a perfect location! Close to Tube, shopping, restaurants, and pubs. Very comfortable! Loved having a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace. Also, communication with owner/prop manager is very good. Super responsive to messages.

The location at the heart of London is fantastic.
Major construction works next door made the roof terrace and balcony very noisy during the day.
