The layout worked very well for our group of 8. The property was clean and well appointed. The location was excellent with easy access to the underground.
The eat in kitchen is a bit small for 8 people.

Super easy check in, everything either met expectations (which were high) or better, and couldn't have been in a more perfect location for us.
There isn't anything I can dislike without really, really nitpicking. If there was one thing, I wasn't a fan of some of the art. But to each their own.

Perfect for family staycation!
Not to say don’t like it but i think should improve the towel rack heater in bathroom. Difficult to turn on, i think it gets freezing if in winter.. but overall was great!

Superb service and excellent communication from Thomas. I highly recommend this massive townhouse with beautifully decorated rooms, lovely common spaces. Clean property in a perfect location on a quiet street. Very close to 2 underground stations making it super easy to get where you need to go and a short walk to Hyde Park. The check-in was smooth, straightforward instructions. The house had a lot of extras and amenities I was not expecting, which was a pleasant surprise! All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay! We will definitely be staying here again when we come to London.

The house is just perfect for big family. The host welcomed us with the warmest possible way, well explained on the household facilities of the house. Easy to communicate
The house was such a comfort, huge rooms and decent size rooms were more than enough for big family. Furniture are new too! will return for sure

Worth the value...5 stars ? all round..we had a great time ...defo Worth the stay ...kids loved it ..everything is close by..
Clean..close to shops train station and cafes..I wish i had more days..but defo stay here again ...

It was nice for nine good friends to stay in the house. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Good location. Communication with the host very good, thanks Thomas, always quick response. The host recommended luggage hotel, which was great for us since our flight home was in the evening.
In a nice house with room for 10 people it would be good to have one more couch in the living room for all to be comfortable seating.

A fantastic property. Every room was exceptional. The location was close to the underground which made it very easy for us to travel. Overall a great stay.

I had real difficulties getting my deposit back for damages. I have to raise a case with PayPal before I got it back. Very disappointed by this behaviour.
