A large house to stay in if you love shopping and going for theatres and entertainment. Located in a prime location, close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants. Theres also a bar next door, where you can enjoy a drink; however, you might hear some noise at night since its close to the bar. The house has a warm and artistic atmosphere, with all the necessary supplies provided; you can live here comfortably and easily. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and provided me with everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this house to group of friends, teams, couples.

Good
Location was very central in London to Soho and Covent Garden. Close to the tube.
Good for a group or adults or families with older children. Kitchen and family room area is in basement and small but well equipped. Good if you need somewhere to sleep and central location which suited us with adult children. The property is very close to bars and you need to walk through the people on the street to get to the accomodation. Very noisy at night until midnight. There are alot of stairs to get to each bedroom - house is on 5 levels. It would not suit small children.

This is such a beautiful house- just off Oxford Street. Met the needs of our stay. The property was exactly as described, and the amenities were top-notch. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the location was perfect. A great central location to discover London.Definitely a perfect choice! The only regrets we had was not to stay longer!

We loved this spacious fancy house! The owner prepared us that it can be noisy during the weekend but the reason why we decided for the house was exactly to experience a London prime location. It was awesome to have food, pubs, theatres on our doorstep. Everything was just perfect and we would definitely come back!

Great place to stay as a large group. Spacious house with 5 bedrooms spread over 5 floors, well furnished and super clean. Fantastic location just off Oxford Street, it can be noisy during the weekend, but thats why we chose the location, we wanted to be in the heart of the city. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process - can highly recommend this one!

We needed 5 separate bedrooms, multiple baths, and a really central location. The house on Oxford St couldnt have been better. Flexible check-in/out times, very well cleaned and maintained, especially beds and linen were comfortable and high standard. We very much enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

Massive house with incredible value due to location, size, cleanliness and service .We - group of 7 friends had the best time! The owner is very responsive, friendly and clear in communication. Definitely a place where to gather and feel welcomed, I believe not a place for family with very young kids.

Wonderful
Overall, the location was great - easy access to the tube, and you can walk to a lot of places as well. Flat was very clean, plenty of bedding/towels (and they were large towels, too!), lots of table/glassware available. Didn't need to use it, but there is a washer and dryer. Great communication with the owners throughout our stay.
The biggest negative was the noise at night - there are several bars/clubs on the same street, and the people on the street were very loud into the wee hours of the morning. It also would have been nice if the owner had provided tea along with the coffee.

Good
The property overall was amazing for our group of 10. The location was perfect as we had several activities planned around the city and to be able to get on the tube at Tottenham Court Road in 5 minutes was ideal for us. The property itself was spacious enough for the 10 of us with big comfy beds across the 4 upper floors and a sofa bed in the basement living room. The living space in the basement was nice and spacious for us to chill out during our downtime.
While the location was really good and central, there was a lot of noise at night from the surrounding bars/clubs that didn't stop until around 3 or 4 in the morning. The showers also had issues with the shower head holders being quite slack. Due to this, we had to use the showers while holding the shower heads which wasn't ideal for the taller members of our group. Also, some of the door handles around the house sometimes came off, including some of the kitchen cupboard door knobs. These were easy enough to reattach, but was slightly annoying. In the basement living room/kitchen, it became quite hot most of the time (we stayed in July/August). Some of the provided fans didn't work either. The washing machine also smelled quite a bit but fortunately didn't make the clothes smell that we washed. The WiFi was also really bad at times. It was often a struggle to stream things like YouTube or Spotify.

Location was perfect, walked everywhere so avoided public transport.
Rooms were comfortable, kitchen was in the basement (I would have liked a window to open-only bothered me no one else!!)
Would have liked a bit of outdoor space, small garden or balcony. Apart from that everything was lovely.

A really good location, and a lovely townhouse and flat, the decor was lovely.
For a non smoking townhouse there was a smell of smoke in the kitchen/living area and the ground floor bedroom which wasnt pleasant.

Great position - the flat is on 3rd floor on Oxford Street - lovely to be so handy to everything and surprisingly no noise from traffic as air con and master bed with en-suite is on other side do has an opening window for fresh air fiends
Needed Couple of armchairs to go with the sofa if staying in ... but then who wants to stay in watching tv if youve come up to visit London!
