Old needs uplift. One elevator was off. Rooms are small

Its location was perfect. We attended the Royal Garden Party and it was a short stroll through the park.
There were great restaurants, shops and cafes close by
The bed broke and 4 1/2hours later it still wasn’t repaired. We had to ask a second time. Even then it took them over an hour.
We asked for more tea, coffee and milk. We didn’t get them.
