Room very out dated , no mini bar , room service menu not working went to reception 3 times not helpful in the end man who works in kitchen for room service came to our room and asked what would we like Even though we had upgraded our room because we was celebrating our 22 nd wedding anniversary and staying for 2 nights we was still very disappointed with room and reception wasn’t helpful at all

Great location. Staff very helpful and courteous. Restaurant and bar are good. Rooms are large and except for bathroom (see below) very nice.
The bath/shower is very small for an adult male. Not suitable for a shower, ok for a bath. Something you'd find in a 2 star hotel. Also, oddly the water pulses hot and cold and drain difficult to keep open.It's a pity as otherwise its an outstanding hotel in a very good location.

Warm welcome, extra friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location was perfect for us.

The room was large and so was the bathroom and everything was immaculate
I would have preferred a shower that wasn’t over the bath I think these are quite old fashioned and more importantly dangerous also the on site restaurant had a very poor and very strange menu? Went out to local restaurant couldn’t work out what the restaurant was about
