Great location, lovely breakfast, friendly staff
I struggled to get a VAT receipt for my stay, in the end Booking.com had to contact reception directly to insist that a receipt be provided. Staff at reception had been insisting that Booking.com would provide the receipt, which I knew they wouldn’t do!

Perfect location for the West End shows. The staff consistently went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Tyrone from the front desk was beyond helpful, by far the best treatment we’ve had in a hotel. Amazing stay I’ll definitely be back.

Location was incredible as we were there for a theatre visit! Rooms were spacious, quiet, very comfortable and fully equipped.
Breakfast was everything you want and more! I think we managed 3 courses!
