The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at
There was no pool but there must be no updates as on the booking site it advertised the swimming pool but not the hotels fault

Shower didn’t work, either boiling hot or cold, people next door having a shower felt like an earthquake in our room!

Staff were really pleasant, professional and very helpful. Room had all the facilities we expected, was quiet and bed was comfortable; large warm bathroom with hot water always available. Hotel well located for amenities in Theatreland and Covent Garden and not that far away from shops. Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity if we needed them although they were usually very busy as you would expect. Breakfast in the hotel was good quality, mainly buffet style but with lots of choice, and the lounge bar (Good Godfrey's) offered 'small plate' snacks and drinks in a cosy environment.
Our room air conditioning whirred away in the background but could be switched off so no real issue there. We were never too hot or cold. No complaints overall.

Great location for theatre district. Staff are lovely, all super friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast has an excellent choice. And Good Godfrey's for a cheeky cocktail is highly recommended.

The heating in the bedroom was hard to turn down and the handle on the shower took 2 of us to move it, had we been staying longer than a night would have mentioned it to housekeeping

The staff are lovey the breakfast ballroom is beautiful . I liked the bath. Love the bar area.
I was very disappointed with the room for the price . More basic than high end . I have stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and it has just got more expensive . With no pool any more. my room was disappointing no biscuits. I dont think i shall pay that again or stay with you sadly.
