Great service and very kind staff. Lovely atmosphere. Location is superb. Could recommend this hotel to everyone. Breakfast was excellent, partly a la carte and partly buffet.
Small waiting line for breakfast, but is dealt with efficiently by hotel employees. Prices are high…. But London….

Location
Property was sprayed with a Smokey scent which caused reaction and n my sinuses. Which later on developed into an infection and 4 weeks after I am still suffering from it

Chosen for location. Had improved since my last visit. Staff at door were welcoming right from the start. Breakfast was very good day 1 & not so good day 2.

I’m sure the breakfast was lovely shame the queing organisation was a snake which took so long we were told we couldn’t have coffee because the kitchen was now closed .
Staff were wonderfully polite in telling us the kitchen was no longer serving certain things.
If you got an efficient builder you could knock down the middle was and open up in a few days the snake area to have a lovely buffet area as guests walked into breakfast a bit dissapointing like a 3star cruise ship!!!!
Rm 235 the bathroom door sticks and the towel rail was cold the bed was far too hard and the duvet was a bit thin for this time of year!!!

Very Good
Breakfast was excellent with a wide and tasty selection. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Theatreland and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The room and bed were on the smaller side, but that’s quite normal for London/Europe, especially given the central location. Overall, a great stay in the middle of the city.

Disappointing
The location is faultless for theater land, shopping, eating, the building itself is iconic.
The hotel is tired, our room was small, zero view and really nothing to note, taps were loose and the shower was cold, the queue for breakfast was long and slow and once we sat for breakfast we established it wasn’t worth the queue, we have to order numerous times for nothing to arrive and while I am sure some staff are nice, they were clearly struggling.

The breakfast was ok. Not many vegan options and it was awkward when staff were arguing over how people to be let into the breakfast lounge.
