Great location. Staff very helpful and courteous. Restaurant and bar are good. Rooms are large and except for bathroom (see below) very nice.
The bath/shower is very small for an adult male. Not suitable for a shower, ok for a bath. Something you'd find in a 2 star hotel. Also, oddly the water pulses hot and cold and drain difficult to keep open.It's a pity as otherwise its an outstanding hotel in a very good location.

The room was large and so was the bathroom and everything was immaculate
I would have preferred a shower that wasn’t over the bath I think these are quite old fashioned and more importantly dangerous also the on site restaurant had a very poor and very strange menu? Went out to local restaurant couldn’t work out what the restaurant was about

The room was lovely. Central location was ideal.
The toilets attached to the fitness/business area were not great. Toilet didn’t flush, no hand towels. Felt a bit dingy and forgotten.

Stayed numeriois times due to the consistent high standards & location. Staff set high standards & consistently excel these. Breakfast is excellent, we ate this mainly on the ball room terrace.
Due to both myself & wife having knee injury’s a room with a walk I. Shower was requested via email. This was initially not provided & was obtained when raised with front of desk. The room provided was at the front of hotel & inherently very noisy in the early hours of the morning with street cleaners etc. The noise may have been due to t(e state of the windows & the installation of a de-humidifier. Room heating did not appear to function, raised with desk staff but did not appear to be addressed. To reiterate, room was excellent suitable for our requirements points are raised as ‘comments’.

The staff were amazing and the service was impeccable definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at
There was no pool but there must be no updates as on the booking site it advertised the swimming pool but not the hotels fault
