Great location. Staff very helpful and courteous. Restaurant and bar are good. Rooms are large and except for bathroom (see below) very nice.
The bath/shower is very small for an adult male. Not suitable for a shower, ok for a bath. Something you'd find in a 2 star hotel. Also, oddly the water pulses hot and cold and drain difficult to keep open.It's a pity as otherwise its an outstanding hotel in a very good location.

Our stay at the Waldorf Hilton London was very enjoyable. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The rooms and the bathroom were spotless and soundproof. There is air conditioning and heating which on any given weekend in London you might need both! The room itself had a designated makeup desk and mirror.
The public spaces are beautifully decorated and practical for use. Good Godfreys pub was a nice spot for meeting with friends for a drink. I recommend the Margarita and also a very solid Cappucino.
The doormen help with the bags and can always find you a cab!
It would be nice if the all day room service had more options in the evening. When returning after a show the options were a Ceasar Salad or Pizza. Even a selection of Sandwiches and crisps would have been appreciated.

Cleanliness friendliness of the staff
We stayed on the fifth floor and for some reason there was some mechanical noise. They did offer to change our room, but we sort of just got used to it. I won’t stay on the fifth floor again.

Beautiful hotel in our favourite part of London (Covent Garden). Our room wasn't ready in time so they upgraded us to a suite.Comes with access to Executive lounge where you can have drinks and light snacks all day. Bed and pillows super comfortable. Staff were all very nice.
