The hotel is in the perfect location for the West End theatres and the main sites of London. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and with 2 very big and comfortable double beds. It was also very quiet, despite being so central. We were able to check in at 10am which was a real bonus and also leave our bags when we checked out, so we could have a full day in London without dragging our bags around.
Nothing, it was all exactly what we wanted with kind and friendly staff.

The location. The comfort of the bed. The staff were excellent and the manager on the desk dealt very well with a complaint about the breakfast being cold.

The Staff as soon as you walk into the Waldorf are excellent. The Doormen, Conceirge and front office are all respectful, polite, helpful and friendly.
The food is of a very good standard i.e. the breakfast.

Ideal location for theatres and attractions. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice although busy and chaotic on Sunday.
Room was a reasonable size but location meant it was dark. A second sitting chair would help. Soap was in those awful fixed pump action containers in difficult to access locations. Come on Hilton give us a small piece of soap! Room was too hot and difficult to ventilate.

Were the hotel is good ,room was good although needed some replenishing on paint work ect
Last time I was there breakfast was ery good and was waited on.It is now buffet style,not worth the £ 29 each they are charging only had the one there

Location and style of the hotel was great. All the staff were super friendly and helpful
Room was far too hot. Even setting the a/c to minimum and fan to max couldn’t bring the temp down.

Location was good, exterior of the hotel and staff were nice.
We had a fair amount of mould in the bathroom, I asked if something small could be done as it was my girlfriends birthday in the room, nothing was done, lights where all flickering when on in the room, it was only a one night stay but won’t be staying again.

for the money i paid i was expecting a room bigger than a cupboard & a more comfortable bed. The shower couldn't make its mid up what temperature it wanted to run at

The location - very handy for theatres. We thought that the restaurant meal was exceptional. Really enjoyable.
Our room at the back of the hotel was a little noisy due to extractors etc outside but otherwise very good considering the central London location.
