Being ripped off and manipulated, ended up being told I was getting a upgrade, I didn’t, being charged for 2 days breakfasts in stead of one and being conned twice at the bar by not making it clear that vat AND a service charge would be added to the bill

The room AC wasn't working very well, we had to turn off as it was only set to cooling mode, we changed to heating mode but it remained blowing out cold air,

This is a classic up market London hotel, the sort of place you only go to if you want a real treat - in this case a birthday. It was also great from a location point of view - 10 mins walk from Charing Cross station and right next door to the Aldwych theatre, which was part of the birthday treat. There was nothing to not like. Breakfast was absolutely first class.

Close to the theatre, we received text asking if everything was ok They made the effort to rectify the issues we had which is all you can ask, Friendly and approachable
The option of having mini bar with extras. Providing better room service to keep the room and facilities up to a much higher standard
