Were the hotel is good ,room was good although needed some replenishing on paint work ect
Last time I was there breakfast was ery good and was waited on.It is now buffet style,not worth the £ 29 each they are charging only had the one there

Location and style of the hotel was great. All the staff were super friendly and helpful
Room was far too hot. Even setting the a/c to minimum and fan to max couldn’t bring the temp down.

Location was good, exterior of the hotel and staff were nice.
We had a fair amount of mould in the bathroom, I asked if something small could be done as it was my girlfriends birthday in the room, nothing was done, lights where all flickering when on in the room, it was only a one night stay but won’t be staying again.

the hotel is in a great location
for the money i paid i was expecting a room bigger than a cupboard & a more comfortable bed. The shower couldn't make its mid up what temperature it wanted to run at

The location - very handy for theatres. We thought that the restaurant meal was exceptional. Really enjoyable.
Our room at the back of the hotel was a little noisy due to extractors etc outside but otherwise very good considering the central London location.

The location is perfect for any theatre fans. ideally located for tourists who like central London. 5 minute walk to covent garden and tube station making it ideal to explore.
Door men and front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and certainly made us feel welcome.

It was right on the west end. Hotel was immaculate and considering on a main road no noise what so ever. Hotel room was immaculate too and no complaints what so ever. Door men were so helpful and when we arrived said we will get your bags put them down your holiday starts here, thought this was such a lovely touch.
The breakfast staff were so busy, think you need more staff as we asked for things like milk as milk jug was empty and told to get it ourselves off other tables. We asked for poached eggs and were quite happy to pay but nobody brought them.
