The location is really perfect. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, polite, helpful and professional. I really liked my room and the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was excellent!
It was expensive for a one night stay in my opinion.

Good breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent staff. The anniversary pillow was a nice touch.
Reception area a little underwhelming. Decor a bit shabby and carpets not good. Been in far better hotels in London for less money. Was a bit disappointed in the hotel overall. The bedroom was very ordinary and basic.

The hotel itself was ok, it was our second time, but unfortunately on both occasions we have had trouble. First time, we booked a superior queen and got a queen, went to reception who gave us keys for a superior queen, went to room and there were people in there! Got ANOTHER room and that was ok 3rd time lucky. This time they didn't even have our booking and it was a surprise for my sister! They said Booking.com hadnt sent the booking, but it was very embarrassing as the first member of staff was very rude about it like we had just walked off the street!!
