The room was clean and beautiful. The ladies at the check-in desk were so helpful answering all of our questions.

The building is lovely
Everything apart from the very large sky light in our bedroom which had no shutter so we had a very bright light above our bed from 7:30am

Very central to our travel and very welcoming front of house staff. Concierge helped me with a few different issues and was very willing to do so.
There was a large festival one of the days in their ballroom that we werent aware of until the night before and since our room was right on top of it, we could hear the music all night. It wouldve been nice to have known beforehand so we could prepped.

The waiter staff in for breakfast service was exceptional especially Olga whom we found out was still in training and young Maria and the manager of breakfast service Nunu they were fantastic. And the concierge and doormen Raddick, Johnny and there was a little short one we didn't get hos name but I believe he is Scottish they were bloody brilliant very very helpful, and resourceful and a great chatting and banter great sense of humour which made each day for us.
The Tiny room it was way to small for two people that are travelling for few months with all the luggage we had I had expected with the price I paid the rooms would have been bigger

Brilliant location, easy walking access to Covent Garden, Soho, and Theatre Land
Lifts seem to take a long time Long queue for breakfast in the morning, with staff that seemed flustered and overstretched. Took a while to get someones attention to ask for tea and coffee, and when we succeeded it felt like you were asking a bit much Buffet food wasnt great but the eggs Benedict I ordered from menu was delicious Check in desk staff on arrival also werent great. The person who checked us in was sighing and muttering Jesus Christ under her breath while doing the check in process. No welcoming smile! She also didnt know answers to questions about pool opening times and couldnt find a welcome letter with info. We went through check in process, I signed the form, then she promptly asked me if I had signed the registration form already, even though we had just that second done it. However, when we returned to check in desk later, it was different staff, and the man on the desk was very helpful and seemed happier to be there.
