Breakfast was great and staff was nice. Reception staff was awful. Did not give us proper information regarding breakfast, were not warm enough and did not give us s proper welcome. Also we saw other guests getting welcome drinks when they checked in but we did not get those offered. All a bit disappointing

I booked the hotel for my birthday. 1 night and the theatre. The hotel I felt was not worth paying that extra. I expected more.
I felt the room was underwhelming and disappointing. And the. same could be said for the breakfast. Will not be booking again.

Breakfast was fantastic, Staff were on point and very helpful. Loved our room amenities. Amazing welcome gift with a small glass of spiced apple cider. Doormen were great, added to the whole experience!
Ordering Breakfast from the kitchen is something to avoid as kitchen staff forgot our order!

The location of the hotel is great for those wanting to be near to theatres and Covent Garden.Concierge team helpful and room we had was quiet and comfortable if a little dated and plain by comparison to other London classic hotels.
Breakfast was chaotic with guests asked to sit in the palm court ballroom which was very cold and unattractive. Breakfast staff were as cold as palm court with slow service and unhelpful attitudes particulalry the person front of house. Waited 30 minutes for someone to even take our order for a hot drink. A real disappointment.

The staff on arrival at reception didn’t smile, were not accommodating to find us a room until 5pm, we had to wait one hour to check in due to another family complaining about something at reception. The staff didn’t offer any support or share any welcome information. Altogether it was such a poor welcome it ruined the stay.
