Poor
They tried to over charge me for 4 different times. Also the deposit they didn’t pay back and tried to charge me for nothing. The receptionist apologized many times for me seeing them trying to charge more. I asked to release my credit card amount and to send me an invoice by mail and they never did. This hotel is either unorganized and will take your money by mistake or either a scam machine.

Service was extremely slow. Coffee was like warm. They made mistakes. Sitting is limited.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Leicester Square and a short walk away from Trafalgar Square. The decor is modern with fancy, tablet-controlled lighting, large mirrors and a nice view over a busy area of London. The hotel staff at check-in and check-out were very kind.
Despite clearly ordering a vegan breakfast option we received a non-vegan dish with feta cheese. The replacement plate with gluten-free bread (apparently all of the other available breads have milk?) had toast with visible mold on it (!). When we politely showed it to the staff they took it back and promised to investigate, but we received no information about what went wrong and only a perfunctory apology at check-out. It's certainly possible for things in the kitchen to go bad and it's not a big deal, but at an expensive 5-star hotel one would expect better attention to the customer. The bathrooms in the rooms don't offer much privacy or have sinks (the faucet is on an "island" outside of the bathroom) which isn't particularly convenient.

It should be *much* clearer before booking that these hotel rooms do not have bathroom doors. There’s no type of travel companion in the world I would want to share one of these rooms with and it’s an absolutely wild way to design a hotel room. I’ll never stay at a W again.

For travellers that enjoy the buzz and noise of a big city, this is a wonderful spot at a luxury hotel. It is noisy at night, although the soundproofing of the windows was excellent and when closed the sound was totally fine. The design of the rooms are so modern and cool. Great bed and bedding. Excellent room service and a lovely check in experience.

An excellent stay overall. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and provided service beyond expectations. The cleanliness throughout was outstanding, and the design is modern, stylish, and innovative. A wonderful experience, and I would be happy to return.
Breakfast area is too small, there isn’t enough seating, and most of the tables are high and not comfortable to sit at.

Everything. Every small detail was taken into consideration. Carpets in lifts change thrice a day. :-D Unique experience. Stylish rooms. Stylish hotel. Very very welcoming staff. The guys on ground floor are very welcoming and helpful. Checkin and checkouts are very quick and simple. Hats off to Charlotte. Home Automation with Ipad controls for lights, AC and TV. Variety in breakfast. Excellent location. Worth the Money. Definitely would go back again. Whatever, Whenever. :-D

If I had to pick something - as a family of 5 there were no options for a family room but might have just been what was available when I booked and it wasn’t really a problem tbh
