1: The person responsible for cleaning isn't doing a thorough job—it’s as if no cleaning has been done at all.
2: The laundry service was terrible; I suspect the clothes weren’t washed at all, as the stains that were there before I sent them in were still there when they were returned.

There was a problem with our booking and rather than trying to get to the bottom of the mistake, we were simply told to pay for both rooms even though it was VERY apparent that the room was mistakenly double booked. We were not allowed to speak to the Supervisor, we were simply told that the card used to reserve the room would be charged twice.

As always the staff are what makes the W hotel. Said it before and I'll say it again, W standards for Wonderful! Very attentive without being over bearing. Polite, professional and literally nothing is too much trouble. This is our third stay this year and hope to return again before the end of the year. Thank you!

The atmosphere fragrance is too strong
The water from the shower on the floor outside the shower and the mat can't sit outside bcos the shower door pushes it away.

Amazing hospitality, great and helpful staff, they look at the details and they made me feel welcomed in every step of my trip from check in till the check out. I am a frequent traveler, W Hotel was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

The location was amazing. You can walk literally anywhere within a couple minutes. Nearby to many restaurants in Chinatown and in Soho. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service is SUPER. They clean a few times a day, refill towels very often during the day, make the bed twice a day. This is very helpful as we stayed with our kid.
Only some small issues: there was 0 outlet in the bathroom areas, so it's hard to style your hair while getting ready in the morning. Soundproofing is not the best, at night you can still hear people talking in the street (the room is a corner room and face chinatown directly)
