Cool hotel, nice vibe
Booked a suite for a significant celebration and my daughter had called the day before to check everything was in order but when we arrived they told us that the room would not be ready for another two hours. Then, when we eventually got into the room, there were no blinds/curtains to block the floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom, right next to the bath.

Room was comfortable but compact
Ipad controls for the TV were delayed. Breakfast service was extremely poor. Slow service and several wiaters/waitresses bringing wrong orders to the tabl, both food and drink.

It should be *much* clearer before booking that these hotel rooms do not have bathroom doors. There’s no type of travel companion in the world I would want to share one of these rooms with and it’s an absolutely wild way to design a hotel room. I’ll never stay at a W again.

For travellers that enjoy the buzz and noise of a big city, this is a wonderful spot at a luxury hotel. It is noisy at night, although the soundproofing of the windows was excellent and when closed the sound was totally fine. The design of the rooms are so modern and cool. Great bed and bedding. Excellent room service and a lovely check in experience.
