This is a great hotel for extended stays - 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and filtered water, refrigerator in the room, laundry on the premises. Very convenient for subway access. Internet was fine, breakfast was excellent, staff friendly. Highly recommended.

Great staff - everyone was friendly and helpful. The location is hard to beat for the price. The place is a 5 minute walk from the Notting Hill Gate tube station which gets you pretty much everywhere, and there are 2 grocery stores right nearby. I was out and about late and early, and felt really safe. I really appreciated the closeness to Hyde Park, too - about a 10 minute walk takes you to the gates of the Palace entrance, and an easy, pleasant walk through the park to the V&A. The common use lounge area was very nice, with comfy and quiet seating. The room (really, the entire place) was spotless clean, and the bed was comfy. Props to the cleaners who were working hard every time I saw them! The superior single room has a mini fridge which was appreciated. Great water pressure in the shower.
It's a minor thing, and probably related to the age of the building, but the wifi was a bit patchy in my room. It often dropped off, or was slow, but by no means was it a deal breaker. Wifi boosters of some kind might be an upgrade to consider down the road for the property.

No isolation between rooms which is very annoying,lift to slow and again from moment you step in property a cat smelling as cat is property "doll"

The property was conveniently located very close (4-5 mins walk) to Notting Hill tube stop which made travelling to London very convenient. Notting Hill market is also just on the next street. The room was comfortable and the breakfast had plenty of varied items. There was also a cozy lounge and tea/coffee available 24/7.

Serene neighborhood, quality staff, extremely clean accommodations, and a helpful staff. Breakfast, included in your stay, was plentiful and a peaceful moment before stepping into our busy days. Complimentary tea and coffee offered throughout the day. A cozy sitting room included their beautiful cat, Gigi! Less than a block to the tube and one street from Notting Hill. Staying at Vincent house was a highlight of our London Vaca and a welcomed home base at the end of the day.

The included breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. As a vegan I was able to find items for me to eat. Location was absolutely fantastic. Blocks from the subway and steps Portobello St with all sorts of vendors.

I loved every aspect of this hotel! From the exceptional breakfast buffet to the amazing location, I was pleasantly surprised by how amazing this hotel was. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe with this spot and the neighborhood in general.
The bed and pillows were not the comfiest, but the room was still very adequate. The bathroom was also a little small, which was perfectly fine for me as a solo traveler, but would probably be a little tight for a couple.

Great location 1 block from Underground. Great restaurants nearby. Safe, quiet location. Fantastic breakfast. Most comfortable bathroom we’ve had in a month of European travel. Loved the ceiling fans.

The staff is professional and kind. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast buffet had many options and was well staffed. The view from my room was great. The back garden is very peaceful . The location is safe for a solo traveler. There is a friendly vibe among the fellow travelers.
