Located 4 mins walk from the central / circle lines , in a quiet area. walking distance to bayswater shops. It offers a decent options for breakfast all with great taste. The is big enough for my needs, extra arm chair, desk for laptop, power outlets in good positions and plenty space to hang cloths. The bed mattress is medium to hard, which is good for my back.
The noise insulation between the rooms isn't the best but acceptable.

Location 200m from Notting Hill Gate tube station. Near to Kensington Gardens.
Breakfast staff were generally quite abrupt. Breakfast was available until 09:30am SHARP! At which point the staff immediately removed all food and turned off the coffee machine without asking anyone if they required anything else. One staff member was the exception, very pleasant and approachable, however the other staff were almost aggressive. Location and facilities were excellent, however we won’t be staying again due to the breakfast service. They definitely need a serious lesson in customer service and good manners.

Switched to this hotel from another to be closer to an early appointment. Have stayed previously and liked bery much. Location excellent. Staff always so pleasant. Had a cooked breakfast for a change - sausages were delicious.
For some reason my room was hot. Not been an issue before. I ended up sleeping with the radiators off and window and balcony door open.

Ideal location, quiet but easy to get around. The 1930’’s building was well renovated but maintained the character of its era

This is a great hotel for extended stays - 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and filtered water, refrigerator in the room, laundry on the premises. Very convenient for subway access. Internet was fine, breakfast was excellent, staff friendly. Highly recommended.

The property is in a great location and excellent for exploring. Very close to the underground station and for buses.
The staff at the hotel couldn’t have been more pleasant. Everyone we met there was just so pleasant and genuinely so. Nothing was too much trouble and so very helpful with information regarding local travel etc.
Breakfasts are lovely and there was everything you might want available. The dining room is so light and beautifully set out. The staff in there run it very efficiently and the whole area is lovely and clean.
A rare thing but they have managed to create a very friendly family type atmosphere that guests can easily slot into.
The lounge area is so very welcoming and comfortable and was lovely to be able to spend time relaxing after a busy day.
Long may they be successful….I will be back to stay again. Thank you!
The only thing I would say for me would be that the bed was hard for me but that is purely subjective as we are all different and places cannot cater for everything!

Location in the heart of Notting hill! Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with lots of options. Nice hotel lobby to relax and we appreciated the free coffee. We will come back :)

STAFF: Really friendly, and helpful. I appreciated there being a laundry room.
ROOM: Room and bathroom was cozy and had a good ambience.
LOCATION: Close to restaurants and not far from the park and underground. A stroll across the park will get you to the V&A and Natural History Museums (book the latter a few days in advance to avoid queues).
AMBIENCE: I liked it!
Breakfast: The coffee from the machine at breakfast was passable. The (free to use) coffee in the lounge room, not so much.
Building: The double glazing fitted upset some of the building's exterior charm, but inside still had an air of authenticity.
