This accommodation in our opinion was excellent:
All staff were very pleasant
We were able to check in early
Spotlessly clean
Breakfast was great
Free tea and coffee at anytime of the day
Lovely lounge/ bar area
Great location, underground only a short walk away
Check out smooth and able to leave our luggage for collection later.
Our double bed was a little small and could have been more comfortable.

The room was excellent - much bigger than expected, very clean, very comfy and quiet. The breakfast here is always great. The staff are nice and polite. There's a break room where you can have coffee, tea and filtered water (there's also a microwave there) at your disposal 27/7, which is great.

Excellent location, close to popular areas and tube stations, but in a relatively quiet street. The rooms are basic, but comfortable, clean and have everything you need. There's a nice lounge area downstairs, with a bar as well as free coffee and tea, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food and drinks. Wifi works well throughout the hotel.
The rooms were a bit hot. Luckily it was December and having the balcony door open made it more comfortable. The beds are also a bit short, I'm 174cm and it was OK for me, but I suspect anyone over 180 might get cold feet.

Great location. Excellent check-in experience. Great staff. Clean room. Super breakfast and lovely lounge area with tea/coffee available 24 hours. Good value too.

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station and Kensington Gardens. Clean and good sized rooms and a very good breakfast.
In a quiet location, but close to shops, restaurants and bars, etc.
The rooms were very hot and there was no way of reducing the temperature.

Its just rather fab - convenient, clean and comfy with an excellent breakfast. The residence's cat is an added bonus as it the garden and sitting room with pool table and bar. A bit of a find in my view!
