Everything about Vincent House suited me. No facility was lacking in my view. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Seriously, they made my stay better than good.
The central heating was a bit capricious. Afternoons could be uncomfortably cold and late evenings could be boiling.

I could easily write a book in this hotel - it’s that calm and cozy. It truly felt like a home away from home. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. The breakfasts are wonderful, and Gigi the cat takes her duties very seriously. We would be delighted to stay here again the next time we’re in London.

Spacious and clean room. There was a kettle to be able to make tea, which I appreciated. The breakfast choice was very rich. The staff were nice and helpful.

The location is perfect. Very quiet. But the best part is how friendly all the staff are.
The room was a bit cold in Feb in London. The bathroom is quite awkward since the toilet is so close to the wall one can hardly use it comfortably.

The property was well located and the 24 hour concierge was great as our flight arrived late so we were able to check in easily. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the communal lounge was a lovely space to meet other guests

Located 4 mins walk from the central / circle lines , in a quiet area. walking distance to bayswater shops. It offers a decent options for breakfast all with great taste. The is big enough for my needs, extra arm chair, desk for laptop, power outlets in good positions and plenty space to hang cloths. The bed mattress is medium to hard, which is good for my back.
The noise insulation between the rooms isn't the best but acceptable.
