Very Good
In general, this was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the ventilation was good, there was a lovely lounge downstairs, and breakfast was delicious. Also it was so handy to a tube station and good restaurants.
My only complaint was with the bathroom. The tub was so narrow and sloped that it was hard to stand on flat ground to use the shower head. The tub didn’t drain properly, and the sink was really tiny.

Very clean and nice basic rooms. The location is perfect.
The room gets quite hot and you have to keep the windows open to keep the temperature doable. Otherwise the stay was perfect and we would return here!

This is the second time I've stayed at Vincent House Residence, it is a real pleasure being there. The staff are helpful, the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent . An oasis of calm and comfort in a busy city. There's even a sitting room with a bar. It's close to a Notting Hill tube and they helpfully hold your bag if you need the day out in London.
I genuinely can't think of anything, I'm not bothered about air conditioning but if that's important it might be missing
