Great location 1 block from Underground. Great restaurants nearby. Safe, quiet location. Fantastic breakfast. Most comfortable bathroom we’ve had in a month of European travel. Loved the ceiling fans.

The staff is professional and kind. The property is very well maintained. The breakfast buffet had many options and was well staffed. The view from my room was great. The back garden is very peaceful . The location is safe for a solo traveler. There is a friendly vibe among the fellow travelers.

Close to the subway, so it's easy to get around. In a quiet neighborhood, really beautiful and clean area. The breakfast is amazing, the common areas too and the rooms have everything you need. We had a warm welcome by the reception and would definitely be back.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. It's beautifully quiet and centrally located.
Strangely enough the shower was far too hot, and the temperature couldn't be lowered.
I also disliked the fact I was on the first floor, and so passersby could have looked into my room. Normally I stay on one of the upper floors.

This is an interesting and a bit unusual place - the clientele gives the impression that it is a (well behaved) hostel but it's not, it's a hotel.

Unusual concept, a residence and hotel in one. I loved the common areas and how homey it felt. Very safe-feeling for a solo female traveller.
Seemed a bit pricey for what it was,but then it’s London! If modern pizazz is what you’re looking for, this is not the place for you. Very “old school”, which I found charming.

Great breakfasts. Lovely neighbourhood, close to transit connections and walkable stores and cafes. I also loved the art deco style of the hotel.
Pillows could have been softer. (I requested softer pillows but none were available.) Shower stall was incredibly small and inner handle was broken.

Glad we opted for the breakfast excellent choices definitely set us up for the day.the twin rooms were excellent
The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast time at the weekend 7,30 would of been better instead of 8 as had to rush a little bit but overall loved our stay

We were assigned room 66 which was a corner room and actually was two rooms! Both rooms had windows looking out over the trees.
The breakfast was good and the location was close to the Tube.
One thing that really impressed us was their willingness to give us a refund for the two days we had to leave early. They were very accommodating. We highly recommend Vincent House.
Everything was fine.

Great location. Awesome staff. I loved the garden in the back.
Lack of air conditioning/central air. The towels (fluffy and clean but every time I dried myself, a ton of lint came off from them).
