I have stayed at Vincent House before so knew that everything would be lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the garden is a perfect place to relax after a busy day. There is always a very good breakfast with vegetarian options for me. The location is ideal for both the tube and bus which makes travelling around London very easy. The best place to stay in London for me!

They offered 24 hour water, coffee, with a coffee maker with fresh ground coffee. Staff was friendly and accommodating. 8 minute walk from the underground cute little garden in the back.
The elevator was a little slow on the check out morning so we were patient. London in general is expensive

Lovely warm and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The receptionist was very helpful and informative. We were very impressed with the spacious bedrooms. We asked for twin beds and were given what can only be described as an apartment with two separate bedrooms. There was so much storage room and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of food. Even the restaurant staff passed the time of day and engaged in conversation with us. We felt like valued customers. Whilst the bedroom has tea and coffee making facilities, there is also a separate kitchen just off the reception area where you can make tea, coffee, hot chocolate. There is also a drinking water machine. You can take your brew into the comfortable lounge which has plenty of seating area or go into the well maintained gardens. There is also a work area (desk, chair, power sockets) in the lounge for those that have a need to work and a snooker table which is well maintained for those looking to relax. The hotel was well situated for bars and restaurants and is near Nottinghill Station. Portobello Road Market is minutes away from the hotel and well worth a visit.

Location is very good if you want to be on the west end of town. Breakfast was good, but running it to 9:30 weekday would be better!
Fan and light didnt work and they couldnt fix the fan as we go into summer!

Location was great. Clean. Windows opened and had a good ceiling fan. Breakfast was plentiful.
Beds are short twins. Definitely not oversized. Bedding is the comforter with no extra sheet. Im a hot sleeper. Would have like a sheet option. Floor of shower is SLICK.

Staff great! Lady at front desk was from Spain and a super kind person. Very welcoming and helpful in every way. Guy in dining room from Venice remembered me from my stay there 3 weeks ago and asked about my travels. Felt like they knew me.

Breakfast was amazing and great spacious rooms. Friendly accommodating staff and had a laundry on site which was really good to be able to do washing in house. Clean,safe and close to tube 3 min walk

Cozy family style, big living room with pool table, TV, desks and outlets for laptops.
Yard in back with table/chairs
Small kitchen for heating food and coffee making. Wonderful breakfast bar with many choices. Best part....Gigi the house cat!!!! Made me feel very happy
My room was directly over the kitchen back door.....loud people yelling and talking.
Smoking...came into my window....I needed it open because the weather was warm
I am a repeat customer and I booked months ahead so I hoped to not be put in a bad room.... next time I will be very careful where I am put
