Good location. Nice basic room, big enough for 3 female adults, with large window. Good heating system. Enough hot water. Fridge, microwave and toster with enough coffee and tea.
5 min walking distance to the underground, 25 min to Liverpool st rail, 25 min to the Tower of London and Sky garden.
The room was not cleaned nor rubbish taken during our 4-days stay. We had to wash cups and glasses in the sink- maybe hotel could leave paper cups for usage. Sofa bed is actually an armchair but not very comfortable.
Steep narrow stairs for the upper floors, not for people with walking problems.
Unusal room key, not customer friendly.

Vilenza is situated in a convenient location in central east London, a short walk from Whitefield station. Friendly reception staff upon arrival.
The room was small and did not have windows at street level. The lighting in the bathroom failed mid way through the evening, reported to night reception staff but was not fixed when asked. The decor was aging and dated but had basic facilities.

The location was good, very close to the metro Elisabeth line.
David who works at the reception was very nice.
Very dirty , bathroom not properly clean , the carpet disgusting and the beds VERY uncomfortable too expensive for the quality...
Small children unfriendly , no elevator or way to get the pram in or suitcases except a couple of stairs

Very good place to stay. We been very welcome when we arrived. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Perfect location and everything you need for stay was in the room. Was amazing stay. We definitely come back. Big thanks for reception staff you doing great job we felt very welcome and very comfortable on our stay.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist and cleaning staff, always asking if we need anything. Perfect location accessible by bus 25 and the tube. The room was very big for London standards and quite comfortable. We would stay there again!

The room was spacious and comfortable, had a pleasant stay, clean and tidy, the bathroom was clean. Friendly staff good communication everything is close by local transports buses train station and shops. Will definitely recommend this vilenza hotel satisfied .. stayed many times happy with everything thank you For your hospitality I appreciate it.
