Good
Good price for London, fairly quick to get into the city from the location, very friendly staff
Not all the rooms look like the pictures - ours was fairly small (downstairs) and whilst it has plenty of facilities which are useful (microwave, various sockets, fridge, etc), that means it's all wedged into a fairly small space and doesn't present quite as well

I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality. Cigdem was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. The complimentary room upgrade was such a lovely surprise and made my experience even more comfortable and enjoyable.
Everything was well taken care of, and I felt genuinely welcomed. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable — especially the bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. Cigdem was the host for us, lovely stuff.
Nothing to not like, everything was good and in place.

Beautiful room, very quiet hotel. Helpful staff members who really go out of their way to ensure that your stay is both comfortable and enjoyable. We were visited in the morning with offers of freshly brewed coffee by the most delightful hotel staff. Surprised by how quiet the room was despite proximity to bustling areas. Cannot fault the place at all. Well worth the price. Everything was clean and well presented, tea caddy was stocked beautifully well too! I cannot thank you enough for the most wonderful mini break. I look forward to my next visit!
No complaints.

Disappointing
The staff were very friendly. The location was okay if you want to explore the east side of London. The train station is nearby.
The rooms are extremely rundown and do not match the photos on the site at all. The shower runs hot and cold unpredictably. It seems like the hotel has not been maintained in some while. I was travelling with my family, so I would have probably requested new rooms or cancelled my booking, but as we were staying only one night, it was not worth the bother. I would never stay there again.

Wonderful
It was clean and relatively new, not as beautiful as the pictures but definitely decent. The bathroom was nice and roomy. The staff were absolutely welcoming and lovely, they even sent us a little guide to London and brought us complimentary coffee
The room was very small for four people, and the neighborhood wasn’t the best (though the hotel’s very close to a subway station, so still a good location).

The hotel was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a microwave and a fridge which was a lovely little bonus. The bathroom was a nice size with a lovely shower in it and the bed was very comfy. The staff there are amazing. Efe was very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. All of the staff were really lovely.
The hotel is a 10 minute walk, if that, from Whitechapel train station and was easy to find.

Overall was good , the stuff especially the man I forgot his name from the reception had good vibes. The room was upgraded as well free of charge which I appreciate a-lot.
The stairs were a bit cramped however that’s understandable nothing is perfect

Wonderful
Excellent location, 5 min walk from Whitechapel. Beautiful historical building, period features, facilities very good, enough space for 2 people. Modern bathroom. Everything clean. Very quiet area. All staff were exceptionally friendly. I was greeted by a very smiley and relaxed Naz. I knew I made the right choice. Excellent value for money too.
Couldn't figure out how to open at least the top window for a bit of fresh air, but I was on the ground floor so I'm not sure if it's possible.
