Comfortable room, decent bathroom and shower. Needs shower mat for floor when getting out and water very slow emptying from shower. Pipes need cleaning I guess.

Literally until you check in you can't use the loo and looks like they don't have a functional toilet in the hotel lobby

Room was very large and spotlessly clean. Fresh towels for my 2nd night which I appreciated.
Door to the hotel was locked when I arrived (not late) & I was checked in through a window which was strange & disconcerting.
It was a 15 minute walk from the nearest tube which I didn't enjoy as a lone female so I took an uber the 2nd night.
My room faced a yard where people were sitting & talking. I had to draw my curtains for privacy & it remained noisy until after 11pm. I wont return not because of the hotel but because of the location.

Nothing because the room was full of bedbugs
The room was infested with bedbugs and now I'm worried that me and my girlfriend have to replace everything in out house due to this

Room was clean and comfortable
Hotel was locked, would not let us in and had to check in through a window.
No breakfast was provided despite the Booking.com website saying that there was.
No bath mat was provided so slipped getting out of the shower.
Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room but the kettle was faulty.
