It’s in the heart of everything, me and my partner often found ourselves wondering and then able to rendezvous back at the hotel, before setting off again on our adventures. Service from staff was phenomenal - they brought up robes and an iron on request promptly and overall every staff member was a gem. Will stay again.

Placed in Leicester Square where the whole of London becomes walkable. Easy access to the Tube and London Bus services. Room was a good size and very comfortable and well maintained. Breaky was available but many other options close by. Staff very accommodating as well.

We were warmly welcomed by staff who were friendly and helpful throughout. We were given an upgrade from Superior to De Luxe. Despite being so close to Leicester Square where a big concert was happening, we could hear no sound in our room. Breakfast was good. We left bags securely after check-out.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us. It is very convenient for the travel and sightseeing. The room is decent size and clean.
The breakfast can be improved with more options.

Very clean and comfortable. Bar available! Good breakfast, although a bit pricey. Great location, close to Picadilly Line, shopping, China Town and everything!
Only real complaint is that the rooms are really small, and ours was a high tier room.. Room had a sloped wall that made it challenging to get to the left side of the (very comfortable) bed. Barely any space for luggage unless you just put it on the bed.

Amazing Hotel, from start to finish, Young ladies on reception to greet you were so nice, friendly and helpful and a credit to this hotel. Location perfect can not get closer to Leicester square and the room was spotless and looked almost newly decorated. Bed and pillows were to die for, wanted to take them home. Bathroom brilliant shower and decor, even the communal toilets were spotless. A bargain stay for the price and will be the choice of stay whenever back in London

One night stay for a birthday trip. Hotel did add some balloons and flowers to the room with a bottle of wine which was lovely. Room was clean and big enough for us both. Nice shower. Very local to main attractions.
The hotel hallways etc were quite dark.

I like everything about this room. The shower was spectacular a rainforest shower with a handheld. The room was attractive. We had a corner room. The view was of the Lester Square. Plenty of light in the room but curtains to pull over if you wanted to cut it out. The TV was a good size. Plenty of USB ports plenty of lighting. Bed was comfortable. They gave us an extra bed for my daughter.
It did tend to be noisy outside at night. It’s a very popular location. One thing that was bad for me was there were three stairs from the main floor in our room to the bathroom. I have bad knees and it made it hard for me. Probably wouldn’t bother anyone else.
