Location was brilliant. You couldnt be more central to everything.
Booked a suite and it was just a larger room. When booking it said that it had a sofa which it didnt. So really if booking again wouldnt spend the extra money on it because all you are getting is a slightly larger room.

The hotel is tucked away, just a stone's throw from Leicester Square and its tube station, and we almost walked past the entrance without realising it. The reception staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful and the room was immaculate. We were in London for a trip to the Theatre, and this hotel was perfectly located for both the various west-end theatres and also some good quality bars and eateries.

The staff were very fiendly approachable and were very helpful.
The Hotels location to the cities landmarks.
It was clean and tidy.
And the fantastic view from the large window over looking Leicester Square and as a bonus of this we were able to watch the red carpet event for Practical Magic 2 were we were also able to see the cast of the film.
Only one lift working and the one that was working was slow.
The noise from the nightclub next door especially on the Friday and Saturday night's were the music was exceptionally loud and you could feel the vibration of the base throughout the room. The slamming of the doors by other guests being inconsiderate (a simple door closure on the doors would help to eleviate this problem.

The location was pretty good. Breakfast was not at the hotel, was across the street.
I think in general, the hotels in that area are overpriced; you can find a better option 10 minutes away from the area.
