The location was excellent and the staff friendly. Room was small but adequate for a trip to London. Comfortable beds and clean towels daily. Water and coffee supplied. Would definitely stay here again.
We arrived early, around lunch time and asked to leave our bags until check-in time. The lady on reception said that our room was actually ready for us and we could check in early... for a £50 fee. As the room was ready, I feel early check in should have been available as a goodwill gesture and not used to make extra money. I don't blame the receptionist I understand it is a management policy. In fact it would have made her job easier to give us a room key rather than store the bags.

Great location and so easy to get to. The rooms had space and were very clean. The staff were friendly and they decorated the room for my birthday. I will book here when I return to London.

Location was ok, but wasn’t how it appeared on advertisement as a grand hotel, clean room, bed was ok. Staff welcoming and friendly
Room very small, window looked onto a wall and fire escape. No where to sit in room, only the bed. Bedding rough. We spent £350 for one night to celebrate our 31st wedding anniversary, not value for money.

Location was brilliant. You couldnt be more central to everything.
Booked a suite and it was just a larger room. When booking it said that it had a sofa which it didnt. So really if booking again wouldnt spend the extra money on it because all you are getting is a slightly larger room.
