Wonderful
The location is great, close to metro station and everywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was in another building but just a minute walk away. It was a rooftop restaurant with beautiful views and foods are good.
When we were there, one of the lifts was out of order, and it took a while for waiting the lift.

Perfect location for Covent Garden and theatre district, close to tube station.
Both lifts were broken for the entire time of our stay. It was a huge problem as I suffer with an acute back problem.

Creaking floorboards as people walk by door to room.
Structural flimsyness of walls and felt like tremor when next room door slammed.
2 lifts. One lift not working all the time and other only worked sometimes. Used by cleaners so very busy. But they too had to carry equipment upstairs.
Breakfast only available next door sister hotel.
Suggest you stay at sister Hotel Indigo.

The room was clean and modern. But very GREY
There were two lifts. But one wasn’t working when we arrived. Neither were working when we left. Fortunately we were only one floor up. My husband is 90 years old. So this could have been a serious problem.

Great location for shows and Covent Garden. Breakfast was served in a hotel (almost opposite) in the rooftop restaurant. Amazing views and good breakfast. Pleased we booked as an addition.

No space in room, no wardrobe & bar don’t seem to be open ….had to go to Indigo around the corner as we received two drink vouchers but was very expensive

Bit noisy to get to sleep so recommend taking ear plugs

The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. The location fantastic
only issue we had was that the lifts were not working and we had to go 6 floors up and down each time, i believe the situation could have been prevented:
There are two lifts, one was already broken when we arrived on Saturday. On sunday the second also broke and they said until Monday there was nothing to do.
other than that, all good.
