Wonderful
Great location. Room was great for the 3 of us. 10/10 all round for what was in the room and staff were very nice and friendly.
Not ideal when someone lets themselves into your room just after you checked in. It was a cleaner but the confusion was there haha.

Very good location and front desk staff were nice
No wardrobe for clothes, paid for a big bed and they pushed 2 singles together and the crack was massive down the middle, no wifi on tv so couldn't connect phone to watch tv, very slow on house keeping didn't arrive to late afternoon.

Location was good but we did not appreciate the fact that we had to walk to another building nearby every morning to avail of our breakfast. This information was also NOT INDICATED in the booking page. No mention of it at all ...
We stayed for a total of 9 nights at this property. One evening, the fire alarm was triggered at around 3am and we had to hurriedly exit the building. As it turns out, the alarm was triggered by one of the guests who fell asleep while smoking in the room. Unacceptable! At least the fire alarm systems work.

Location brilliant. Staff very friendly.
Where to begin. Before arrival I emailed asking for a room with a bath as my daughter has recently been diagnosed with a chronic condition and having a bath after walking helps enormously. I was told there are no baths. I then asked for a free cancellation under exceptional circumstances so I could book a different hotel that did have baths. This request was denied and if I cancelled they'd take the full amount. Obviously I couldn't do that as it was a substantial amount of money. I did respond saying how disappointed I was and heard nothing back.
Upon arrival we were early and they said we could wait for about half an hour or they could store our luggage at a charge of £10 per item! Seriously, if there's ever been a money making scheme that'd be it! In all the hotels I've stayed in, I've never been charged for luggage storage! Bizarrely, once in my room the hotel information sheet says it's free!
We waited and they kindly got our rooms ready early. Rooms looked fine. Not sure what the 'deluxe' room was though, apart from a pair of slippers maybe?!
The next day my daughter calls me in to look at her bathroom, just outside the shower the tiled floor is literally a sink hole. It's obviously happened elsewhere as there's a patch of replacement tiles. Such a massive health and safety issue. I reported to reception.
Housekeeping came to my room whilst we were out but didn't replace used cups or glasses or coffee sachets or milk pots.
I was not aware upon booking that we had to walk to a different hotel for breakfast. The other hotel was actually lovely, 9th floor views of London, the friendliest staff and great breakfast. It might be worth making this clearer on booking as obviously it meant more walking for my daughter with her condition.

The location was fantastic.
We arrived at about 1pm as went to see a show at 2pm. If we wanted to check in early it would have cost us an extra £50! We left our bags there and checked in after the show.
