The location
Not very clean, very poor decorative finishes. No one near enough coffee, tea and milk in room. Cooked breakfast was awful.

Helpful and friendly staff. Warm atmosphere. Clean, well kept. Comfortable bed, good nights sleep. Breakfast was well stocked and catered to all my dietary needs. Central to everything i wanted to do. Fairly priced.

Location and accessibility.
Not very well sign posted, I walked past 3 times!
We were advised of being upgraded as we were chosen as the customers of the day which was a lovely touch but didn’t feel to special overall.
On arrival to our room I went to grab a complimentary bottle of water and half the bottle had been drunk from. On returning from a short night out I hadn’t noticed the bed. We were upgraded to a deluxe double….. my wife returned later and advised me it was 2 singles pushed together! I can not sleep on anything other than a double so was up and down for the whole morning (00:00- check out).
We didn’t want to complain as we thought of the other guest as it was late.
