the location was perfect - we did everything on foot - it was quiet in spite of the busy area in which it is situated - everything worked - it felt cosy
the only problem was the occasional smell of "damp" in the bathroom and the little pressure of the hot water

Location is excellent. Close to underground stations and many restaurants / pubs very close by.
This hotel doesn't have a lounge bar as such but we knew this when booking so no complaints.

The hotel was in a good location and we were able to walk to Oxford Street and Covent garden quite easily. The room was lovely. we didn't have breakfast as we ate in another restaurant.
The room was lovely but was very hot. We did phone reception to explain this and asked if they could bring a fan as it was just so hot. The aircon didn't seem to work well as we could hear fans running but no air coming out.
In the shower cubicle there was one above your head and one you could hold. The one you hold wasn't powerful and waterflow was just trickling out.
The breakfast was a little weird as is was set up just as you come in the door to reception.

Hotel very central. Room clean, good size. Slept on most comfortable bed ever.
Cleaning staff did try get in room to refil/change towels whilst we were sleeping and seemed annoyed when we politely said no.
