Location excellent. Bed a good size. Shower excellent. Fridge good.
Lift was very slow. One lift out of action. Shame there wasn’t a separate area to buy a coffee (same location as check in)

Large room for central London at that price(we did book a deluxe double). Great location for visiting cinemas and theatres. Booking did not include breakfast which is apparently served at a different hotel, though there is a bar on the ground floor.
Security was a little lax later that evening - different receptionist and we were not questioned when we walked in and went straight upstairs.

The location was good
The bathroom had a damp smell, it wasn’t clean and the sink had a huge crack filled instead of replaced with a leak on the floor. Bathroom door was see through glass and whilst I have been married over 25 years I still believe your time in the bathroom is personal and should have a fully blocked door.
Didn’t have a shower in 2 days because of the disgusting bathroom

We were upgraded on our room so we could view the film premieres across the road on Leicester Square .Lovely clean room with the addition of a fridge and safe. The room was a little more than we would normally pay but it was perfect location for the theatre we were going to. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Changed our room servicing to the morning instead of the afternoon, as we wanted to rest then as going out to the theatre later. I had a lovely cooked breakfast , which was gluten free as requested , with good quality ingredients. Would definitely recommend.
There was noise from the premier but as we were going out it didn’t bother us too much and it was all over by the time we returned to the room.
