The location, the staff, the comfortable room and the general atmosphere.
If you want breakfast it's a bit pricey and you have to go to a sister hotel to eat. However, this was not a problem as there are many places to eat nearby

Location fantastic, sraff vrry friendly cleaning very good. Room , SMALL , DANK NO WINDOW NO AIR . suffocating weed I'm afraid.
No air or window. Bathroom didn't have ventilation. Toilet broom not

Great location, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money.
Mix up with rooms, staff gave another couple the same room after we had checked in. Got barged in on and unfortunately no apology from staff about the situation. This did put us slightly on edge for the duration of our stay.

Amazing location, whole place was decorated lovely, great amenities in room. Staff were so attentive!
Lift took a very long time, we were quite high up so didn’t want to drag suitcases up the stairs but it seemed like the lift wasn’t coming

Location was great. Cleaning staff was very friendly and hardworking. Front desk staff was okay; neither good or bad.
The hot water is not hot enough; more like just warm. Only one elevator was working.
