Wonderful
The Deluxe room was really lovely and quiet, despite the room's windows overlooking Leicester Square. Everything was clean and neat.
We could hear some voices from outside, but they were quite muffled. I'm usually a light sleeper but slept quite well here.
The bed was comfortable and it was really lovely to find a mini fridge in the room, as well as the usual kettle, coffee and tea. It was wonderful to have our morning coffee in the little window seat.
Shower was good, too, with warm water and good water pressure. Decent size room and shower room.

Very Good
It was in the best location for our evening at the theatre. Room warm, clean with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Would recommend
Location was very noisy into the early hours - obviously not surprising considering the location.
It was initially difficult to find the small entrance door to the hotel among the shops, bars and restaurants.
The room needed the mirror to be above the dressing table rather than the fridge.
Didn’t like the glass bathroom door.

Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds.
Air conditioning did not work until an hour before ww checked out. We were told an engineer would repair it on our second day, but it did not work until 9am on the Wednesday of our stay.

Location
AC wasn’t working and there was no heat in our room until midnight. Our room was too noisy: couldn’t sleep until 3am.

Wonderful
The room was just beautiful with 2 cute porthole windows and a lovely view over London. It was clean and comfortable with good facilities. We included breakfast in our stay and this was provided by a nearby hotel on the 9th floor with exceptional views over London and the breakfast was also superb
There was nothing about the stay we didn't like

Good
Excellent location. Amazing view of Leicester Square!
The reception area is unprepossessing, though the staff are friendly. The breakfast area is downmarket, like a low-price coffee bar. The whole ground floor needs an upgrade. One of the two lifts wasn't working, and the call button on the remaining lift was faulty. I don't like the matt brown decor everywhere. The exterior looks as if the building is empty, and the front door is very unobtrusive. It's ok but feels a bit tired and understaffed.

Pleasant
Great location, right in the heart of London and surrounded with all the theatres. If you want to see musicals it’s perfect! It is on a square tho so cars can’t come all the way to hotel you have to be dropped off and walk to it. Also lots of events happening every night so very noisy at night.
We booked a suite, but the bathroom was tiny. You do get a big corridor and bedroom area but I thought the bathroom would be bigger too. Had I known I would have booked a regular room. They also offer breakfast but at a partner hotel 5min walk away. It’s not a bad place at all, just know it’s not your typical hotel experience.

Very Good
Very kind staff, that helped us switch rooms after we had been assigned the handicapped room. I suspect they even upgraded us, which was kind. Breakfast is great too! Location is unbeatable for a London city trip
