Location in my opinion can’t get better u are centrally located just a few seconds from Leicester square and pretty much everything in London , also love the fact u can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to hotel
Room was upgraded but could still be in better shape , had a small drainage issue where water flooded into bathroom but was taken care of when I told them

Check in was available early which helped! location was perfect
we booked 5 rooms, and unfortunately 1 room had bed bugs which resulted in a colleague being bit several times. we tried to speak with the hotel and submitted images but no response was ever given which wasn't the best service.

Very friendly staff and breakfast was good although water for tea was luke warm, as was the coffee. Breakfast staff friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than we thought it would be based on the photographs. Facilities in room were not great - television not working, coat hangers broken, shower door would not fully close and so the floor became very wet. There was no window.

The location is perfect.
Be careful at the time of doing reservation regarding the number of the guests, nevertheless the number of the written names of the guests. Otherwise you will not receive breakfast for all the guests nevertheless it is included in the price. You will not be allowed to amend it later. There is a trap.

From location to comfort, this hotel has it all. It's got great beds, fantastic showers and very well appointed in general. Also no noise coming from the busy Leicester Square outside the window
The size of room is not that large and also no desk. Travelling for work and paying this sort of money to have a room without a desk is a bit of a let down

Staff where nice
The room advertised as a Suite on your platform is significantly misrepresented. The photos on the listing show a divided layout with a separate seating area, additional space, and distinct zones. However, the room I was given is a single, compact room with no separation at all. It does not resemble the advertised images in any meaningful way.

I would like to share some feedback regarding the bathroom in my room. the design of the shower area is not very effective, as water tends to splash out while I am showering, making the floor quite wet and slippery. This could be unsafe, and i wanted to bring it to your attention.
