No Windows to open to get rid of foul moldy smell frem toilette. Ventilator in room did not work satisfactory.

The location is excellent, and the staff were all very friendly.
It is a little bit shabby and could do with a revamp. Someone had been sick in the corridor and attempts had been made to clean it up, but the stain was literally halfway across the width of the corridor itself, not nice to have to step over that each time you went to your room. The room itself is fine, but you are definitely paying for the location.

Hotel in perfect spot in Leicester Square. Bed was comfortable, linen clean, room itself clean/looked like new ish carpet.
Window seat, velvet seat pad badly stained and very worn, not pleasant. Bathroom tired, poor workmanship on tiles/grouting... Desperate need of updating. Horrible damp smell in bathroom if door shut for any length of time.

Centrally located
Have stayed before, and didn’t feel quite as upmarket as previously. Check in desk had the appearance of being a Bar, with one staff member behind having little interaction with customer. Surprised there was no onsite breakfast option, there had been previously. Don’t both booking it just go to the Wether spoons it was good and cheaper.

The location, the staff, the comfortable room and the general atmosphere.
If you want breakfast it's a bit pricey and you have to go to a sister hotel to eat. However, this was not a problem as there are many places to eat nearby
