The location was good
The bathroom had a damp smell, it wasn’t clean and the sink had a huge crack filled instead of replaced with a leak on the floor. Bathroom door was see through glass and whilst I have been married over 25 years I still believe your time in the bathroom is personal and should have a fully blocked door.
Didn’t have a shower in 2 days because of the disgusting bathroom

The location was great. One staff member was very helpful getting us a fan as air con broken.
The carpets were dirty; the hallways were dark; the air con didn’t work in the first room we stayed in for two nights and then we were able to move - but the next room had a sewer smell in the bathroom, perhaps faulty or old piping nevertheless very unpleasant. There were two elevators, but one was broken and the other was very slow, so we took the stairs mostly.

The location was great for getting around. Close to everything.
2 lifts with only 1 working. The 1 working didn't always stop at the floor. the pillows were terrible. the fan in the bathroom was really loud. Some of the staff could have been more helpful.

Location is really central, the rooms are overall quite clean and have been renewed nicely. The staff listened to some of my complaints and were attentive/professional.
A negative impact for me is all the reception and breakfast area. I don't understand how a reception sits literally inside a kitchen with 2 laptops. Not only is the hotel classified as 4*, but I also don't know how this is possible from a health/cleanliness perspective. All the breakfast selections and dining area are very far from a 4* offer. On a separate note, phones to call the reception were not working as well.

The hotel's location is excellent. The reception staff are kind. There’s always hot water with good pressure. The room is relatively large (though it is a suite).
The bathroom is shabby. You can’t even fit two people in there. There’s no heating in the bathroom. There’s no wardrobe, only a coat rack. For some reason, cleaning is done between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. The breakfast is poor. The TV is small. There isn’t enough light in the room. One of the elevators isn’t working (probably a temporary issue).

Location in my opinion can’t get better u are centrally located just a few seconds from Leicester square and pretty much everything in London , also love the fact u can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to hotel
Room was upgraded but could still be in better shape , had a small drainage issue where water flooded into bathroom but was taken care of when I told them

Overall, everything has very good - the environment is beautiful and the air feels very fresh, which i really appreciate.
I would like to share some feedback regarding the bathroom in my room. the design of the shower area is not very effective, as water tends to splash out while I am showering, making the floor quite wet and slippery. This could be unsafe, and i wanted to bring it to your attention.

The room was clean, but a bit tight. It was as described and we knew it would be small though. The bathroom was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Good quality and good selection. Staff was friendly and polite and the location is unbeatable !
I would probably book a bigger room next time. I would definitely go back and I do recommend, but for longer stays it's better to spend a bit more and choose a bigger room.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The location is amazing, everthing in walking distance.
The room was too small, althought it was a deluxe room, the bathroom was not clean enough. Timing of the clean team was redicilous, came at 5 pm when we were resting for the evening.

We have stayed for a week. The location is in the center of the city close to most attractions. The room has everything you need but could have better lights. The best part of the hotel was the front desk. They are really helpful and made our lives easier every other day with their help. They helped us to change and settle into a different room we needed. They are always smiling and having nice conversations with us. They helped with our travels and transportations. Special thanks to the ladies Aparna, Sana, Sophia, Svetlana and Pınar. They are the best ☺️

Nothing the pictures are not the rooms you get Warning!!!!! also not super clean. room so small no writing deak/chair. I tried to get a re fund and they dont even bother replying - best to avoid it.
