Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious room with fantastic view of Leicester Square. Excellent air con.
We booked a family room for 3 - the main double bed was super comfy - however the extra bed was small and very springy so should really be replaced for future guests comfort.

We ordered an item before our arrival. They accepted the product and kept it for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is great.
The room was not clean enough. We were given a room for disabled people. They changed the room but it did not satify us.

Only the some of staff and location of the hotel
Cleaning condition was too poor. Caroets, toilets and the floor also duvet were very dirty. Hotel told me that they will change room but after tgat teh told us they are overbooked therefor they cant change our room

So close to everything. Excellent location to be in. The receptionist also gave us a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was nice with lovely views. Air con was a godsend as it was so hot outside.
Despite 1 lift being out of order, we didn't have to wait long for the other.

The location is perfect! Just beside is a Catholic Church as well. It’s spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in after a tiring walk around London. You won’t get hungry as you are surrounded by restos everywhere. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect. It was very clean and the staff was really kind. Can't hear the outdoors noise so we could sleep very well.
I've been in London a lot of times and, in my experience, that has been one of the best hotels to stay for not a very high cost.

Loved the location. It’s right in the centre of the action. Close to Chinatown, Theatres, the Tube Station and heaps of restaurants. The room was a good size for two of us to spread out with a separate sitting area. Loved that there was a fridge as well. Staff were always friendly and helpful.
There were two lifts on site, however one was not working and we were there for about 10 days and it didn’t get fixed. So sometimes the wait for lift took quite a while, as sometimes when it arrived it was already full.

The view of Leicester Square and big Ben from our window was fabulous. It was really clean and the tea and coffee facility was really well stocked. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.
Walking round the corner to the sister hotel was a very minor inconvenience. Especially once you see from the rooftop restaurant at the hotel.
