Wonderful
Overall, everything has very good - the environment is beautiful and the air feels very fresh, which i really appreciate.
I would like to share some feedback regarding the bathroom in my room. the design of the shower area is not very effective, as water tends to splash out while I am showering, making the floor quite wet and slippery. This could be unsafe, and i wanted to bring it to your attention.

In the right area for what we wanted staff were very helpful and friendly, would recommend. We did not book breakfast, shame because it looked good

The room was clean, but a bit tight. It was as described and we knew it would be small though. The bathroom was comfortable and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. Good quality and good selection. Staff was friendly and polite and the location is unbeatable !
I would probably book a bigger room next time. I would definitely go back and I do recommend, but for longer stays it's better to spend a bit more and choose a bigger room.

We had a lovely reception from a young lady and young man. The lady welcomed us and told us our room had been upgraded. It had everything we needed including a card welcoming us and offering us a free glass of red wine. The room over looked Leicester square but wasn't noisy. Some lovely little extras in the bathroom too. When we gave our card in for the wine the lady let us choose and it was delicious. We had a lovely chat with the young lady and gentleman whilst we waited for the queue to reduce at the theatre we were going to (that's how close it was). The breakfast was ok but the coffee was lovely.
Well we don't eat pork and I don't eat fried eggs so meant we did not eat the hot food so we had brown toast. I had advised them before our stay of dietary needs. Good selection of bread though. Suggest they offer little pots of honey as my husband would have liked that with his yogurt. However the toast and jam was ok for me but would have liked a cooked breakfast.

The staff was really nice and welcoming. The location is amazing, everthing in walking distance.
The room was too small, althought it was a deluxe room, the bathroom was not clean enough. Timing of the clean team was redicilous, came at 5 pm when we were resting for the evening.

Good location in centre of Leicester Square. Easily accessible. Beds comfortable and good room size
Breakfast was very disappointing, was served right next to the front door with food on the counter as you’d walk in. Didn’t feel very clean or hygienic and items went cold because of being next to the front door. Wouldn’t have paid extra on my stay to have breakfast if I’d know the layout and ended up eating elsewhere so wasted money.
