Location is really central, the rooms are overall quite clean and have been renewed nicely. The staff listened to some of my complaints and were attentive/professional.
A negative impact for me is all the reception and breakfast area. I don't understand how a reception sits literally inside a kitchen with 2 laptops. Not only is the hotel classified as 4*, but I also don't know how this is possible from a health/cleanliness perspective. All the breakfast selections and dining area are very far from a 4* offer. On a separate note, phones to call the reception were not working as well.

The staff were friendly. Within walking distance to restaurants and theatres.
It was a bit hard to find, a small name plaque by door and a name on the mat outside the entrance. Dark exterior and dark interior. Kept awake by revellers and beating music until 3am closely followed by the noise of refuse collections and street cleaners. The hot breakfast was cooked well, but it was certainly not hot !Everything was lukewarm, including the coffee. The buffet area was tight and awkward. There were lot's of excuse me's and apologies for being in the way. I would not stay there again.

The hotel's location is excellent. The reception staff are kind. There’s always hot water with good pressure. The room is relatively large (though it is a suite).
The bathroom is shabby. You can’t even fit two people in there. There’s no heating in the bathroom. There’s no wardrobe, only a coat rack. For some reason, cleaning is done between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. The breakfast is poor. The TV is small. There isn’t enough light in the room. One of the elevators isn’t working (probably a temporary issue).

The staff were more than helpful from the second we arrived. Very friendly, spotlessly clean and the view over Leicester square was brilliant. The room was beautiful and also included a fridge and safe as well as all the usual necessities.
