Great location. Very helpful staff. Air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 33 degree heat!! Very clean and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again. We were able to check in early (for a small fee) which was great!
Bathroom a little dated (rust on rad/cracked tiles) but was clean and had a good shower!

Great location and value, room adequate for a single person on a short trip.
Very small room, but to be expected for the price. Reasonably clean, but could be better.

Location was perfect!
The staff were pleasant and welcoming.
10 mins walk to Victoria station.
2-3 mins walk to restaurants, pubs, cafes etc.
Room was very very basic and small.
Lift was out of action for the whole period of our stay.

Comfy bed, window with a cute view. Clean.

Great location close to St Pancras Station where we were catching an early Eurostar departure. The hotel served its purpose for a short stay.
