Excellent proximity to central London, tucked away on a quiet one way street just beyond the National Gallery. Clean room and building
Mattress overhung the base and was quite springy, not very firm. The rooms whilst clean are quite small, not much room to manoeuvre and the walls are very thin!

The staff here were all so kind and helpful! Absolutely wonderful! We loved that Chinatown is just around the corner as well. Very close to the tube which made our short stay more efficient. There’s also a kiosk in the lobby where you can order Uber. It was very convenient!

Breakfast was good, with vegetarian options. But above all was the great staff! Helpful and happy. really helpsmake a stay more pleasant.
Would have been nice to offer bottled water in the rooms.

Old furniture especially in the corridors.
Guests have checkout by 11am.
I requested late checkout and I given 30 minutes.

Very friendly staff, great location, good size room, clean, good water pressure, comfy bed.
I have been charged twice for my stay. I was not given credit for a payment I made when I arrived. I have been messaging hotel and they only want to give me a $60 credit when they owe me over $3,000. Still hopeful they will get their act together and refund me the right amount. I have also reached out to booking.com and will contact my bank.

The concierge staff are super nice and they are very friendly too. Worth staying at this hotel and it's just 5 mins away from the Chinatown street and other shopping places like subdued, berskha.
The cost of breakfast abit on the highside, other than that all is good and comfortable ?
