Very friendly staff and great service in an excellent location. Not often you have this level of service in London hotels.
I sent a message through to the hotel via Booking.com, however Booking.com did not pass this onto the hotel. As a result they were unable to not provide me with a bed that doesn't have a wall at the end and I am much taller than the bed. This is not a fault of the hotel, as Booking.com failed to pass on my message.

Fantastic location for the train and underground, also nice and close to the victoria theatre and the apollo victoria theatre. Hotel very clean, staff really friendly, the room was compact but had everything you needed even a decent hair dryer, air con, nice towels and body wash etc.
I did hear the housekeeping staff on the corridor very early on but that cant be helped as the corridors are narrow, but it wasn't anything that spoilt my stay.

Appealing from the outside, rooms however were not good at all
We were put into a basement room where you could hear the London Underground every two minutes. It was smaller than expected and the bed was rock solid. No other options to move us to a different room, so first night of our stay was lost. The staff were helpful in refunding our second night stay.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, not a single fault amazing . Also the location was very easy to get too.
The room was tiny and unclean, and this is with us being upgraded. Our room was an accessable room but has very limited feature, the bed was very high and the shower didn't have a chair with arms which made showering very difficult. Also for the price we paid over £300 the room was just barebones and small. The TV has no features and couldn't even get to the plug to plug in our own attachments into it. It also randomly turned on during the night two or three times. The bathroom has no privacy and the door didn't properly close. The open shower was poorly designed and could flood the room and even go under the door to the living room. Worst of all is our cups were dirty and someone has left there water bottle in the room. Which didn't make me feel very secure about how clean things were. Extremely disappointed in the room.

The location cleanliness and staff were excellent
The room in the lower ground floor was NOT appropriate for paying guests.
The room vibrated with the undeground trains. The head room to the false roof was a few inches and the d'ouble' bed was barely larger than a single
VFM this was my worstvdecision for a long time
