We stayed for the 6th time in one of the Hyde Park view suites - they are simply fabulous. The Wellesley is a unique hotel with amazing staff, rooms, food and drink. It feels more like a second home than a hotel - a very intimate and personal service from the moment you arrive. Quite simply the best hotel in London!

I had an amazing time when I stayed at The Wellesley Hotel. Everything was spot on, from the butler service, to my packages/food deliveries was on time and the staff are always willing to help me. The comfort of the bed, to the cleanliness of the room.
It's not that I didn't like, In Room Dining was really good, when it comes to food, but also very limited. I would suggest, The Wellesley Hotel, to maybe add more international cuisine dishes on the menu.

We found this boutique hotel to be exceptional. The bespoke design oozed luxury in the rooms and public spaces, everything worked exactly as it should, the bed linen was fine, bedroom with no noise pollution whatsoever, table service breakfast delicious, bar service perfect, housekeeping thorough etc etc But the most exceptional feature was the staff. Even before we arrived they were looking after us as if we were important and this continued throughout our stay without exception. Everyone was smart and courteous, addressing us by name, helping us and doing their jobs to the highest standard. They intended to cosset us and we felt it ! Thank you everyone for making our stay so memorable. This is a boutique hotel. As such, it does not have extensive public areas. We booked with this knowledge and enjoyed the facilities, but chose to dine out with the kind assistance of Richard, concierge, for reservations and transport.
