Friendly staff, easy to get to from the station and quite a modernised room with basic amenities that you would need. Ideal for a one night stay like I had as we only needed the room to sleep and get ready.
The room was a bit cramped for 2 people. There was limited space to get ready, the bathroom door didn't look and there was an issue with the flush which eventually shut off itself but was a bit disturbing for a short part of the evening.

- the walls were paper thin could hear everything going on. No hand towels or much toiletries at all.
- no staff in the actual property incase you were in need of something.

Good location for work in Central London and a very good price. Quite modern fixtures and fittings, which was a nice bonus.
Bathroom wasn't especially clean and I asked for a receipt to be sent to my email and I haven't received it yet.

Room was lovely, and smart looking. Had everything there we needed plenty of milk, coffee etc which was amazing.
My only issue was air con unit kept me awake as kept making a lot of noises sounded mechanical and turning off and on throughout night. When we got up in the morning I found a couple of bugs in the bed which obviously wasn't very nice and I felt itchy all throughout the night and didn't sleep very well.

Disappointing
The location was great, it sits a 10 minute walk from Victoria station so it is in a prime location. The bed was not uncomfortable and the building that reception sits in, is lovely and newly refurbished. The price was good so i can't whinge that much but I should have paid the extra £30 or so for somewhere guaranteed.
In opposition, the other building felt discarded and "unloved" and had clearly not been decorated or looked after in some time. The toilet flushed and then spent 4 hours refilling the water which was noisy and frustrating. The room itself was not particularly clean and I was bitten a lot in the bed. The staff were either pleasant or rude, and there was no inbetween.

Great price for a double ensuite 70 poubds paid with great air conditioning. Very comfy bed and plenty of hot water....shower was great. No complaints.

Wonderful
Room was clean and comfortable. Facilties were good. Check-in was easy and problem free. Great location to restaurants and public transport links.
Only downside was the size of the bathroom, quite tight but everything you would need was there. Understand that this is a structural limitation but the bathroom is done well considering the space.
