Great location. Rooms spacey and comfortable. Welcoming lobby and wonderful restaurant offering a great breakfast. But the staff is what stands out the most. Specifically the two concierge’s Adrian and Sajjad; they were very attentive and helpful!! Adrian went the extra mile after I made an online booking for a tour but put the wrong date. Adrian contacted customer service for me and fixed it so we were sent a new booking for that day and we could go on our tour. Really enjoyed our stay
Only but were the pillows…too soft.

Location was excellent - walking distance to theatre.
Great in room service.
Breakfast selection a bit disappointing, but we didn't leave hungry.
Room seemed different to the one I thought I'd booked.

Fab location. Good breakfast choice.
Thought it a little expensive, our room was nice, no view, but was a little in the small side for the price paid.
