All of the staff were very accommodating and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff were very attentive, very special mention to Sai who was so friendly and remembered my coffee order everyday!
The room was lovely and plenty of space, and the hotel is in a perfect location… we were able to walk most places and catching a bus or the tube was also very central

Location was great, room really clean and comfortable, great shower, rooftop bar was excellent as was other bar. Check in and check out was quick and straightforward. Staff were all really helpful. Free soft drinks in minibar.
Bar prices were very high.

Comfortable room and an excellent range of food available at breakfast. We were staying at the hotel as part of a "special" birthday celebration and staff went out of their way to mark the day including a gift of prosecco and chocolates. This is an excellent hotel in a great location for central London. I would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
