The hotel is amazing , location is perfect, the hotel staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need , rooms are spotless the breakfast is fab , thank you for our wonderful time .

The staff were so attentive and courteous it made our stay extremely pleasant
The only thing which did annoy was I rang for fresh milk at lunch time and was told they would send some up straight away by 3 pm still know we went out and got back by 6.30 still no milk my daughter went downstairs and ask a steward for milk and explained that we had phoned previously he apologized and said he would sort it straight away yet by 8 pm still no milk in the end after we had drinks and food at the hotel my daughter went up again to reception and actually brought the milk up herself ! It’s a small ask especially when there’s a note in the room saying just dial 0 for fresh milk and a little disappointing

All of the staff were very accommodating and polite, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff were very attentive, very special mention to Sai who was so friendly and remembered my coffee order everyday!
The room was lovely and plenty of space, and the hotel is in a perfect location… we were able to walk most places and catching a bus or the tube was also very central
