Very clean, tidy, comfortable and convenient location. The entire team extremely professional.
The room colors, the wall papers and walls are dark, it makes me feel low energy, I personally dont like dark colors and sun light is a must in my room. May be other people might find it cozy and warm.. just personal taste

This is our second time staying at The Trafalgar St James. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. You can walk to almost all of the major attractions in London and the rest are only a short taxi or bus ride away. The breakfast included in our stay while not extensive, was very good quality. The free water, Coca Cola and Nespresso coffee available and topped up daily in our room was very much welcomed. The rooms are well sized and very comfortable. We were particularly thankful to the staff, especially Fred, Denisa and Mihai who arranged for an item to be posted back to us in Australia that we had accidentally left in the room after checkout.
Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for renovation during our stay, but we look forward to returning to seeing how it turned out the next time we are in London.

The location was fantastic, close to the underground to make it easy to get around.
They didn’t seem very flexible and able to manage a request to check out 1 hour later despite asking at check-in and being told to request on departure day.
