This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff was lovely and helpful. The location was good and even though we were right on the square you could not hear any of the noise in our room. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone stay there.
It was costly but you get what you pay for and at least they deliver at this hotel.

I felt it was a business environment more than a romantic environment but pleasant! The location was exceptional, was able to explore without traveling far! The Staff were very helpful and kind! The kitchen staff were the best! Overall, it was a nice stay!
The shampoo container fell off the wall in the shower. The makeup mirror worked when it felt like it! A piece of the shower handle broke. Not enough towels, two guest you need three towels. The public downstairs bathroom needs some attention!

Location was great. 15 minute walk to a lot of tourists attractions and restaurants. Easy cab ride and hotel staff very friendly
Buffet was limited in selection but were able to order from limited menu included in price. Hotel cost was extremely expensive

Great location. Rooms spacey and comfortable. Welcoming lobby and wonderful restaurant offering a great breakfast. But the staff is what stands out the most. Specifically the two concierge’s Adrian and Sajjad; they were very attentive and helpful!! Adrian went the extra mile after I made an online booking for a tour but put the wrong date. Adrian contacted customer service for me and fixed it so we were sent a new booking for that day and we could go on our tour. Really enjoyed our stay ?

Location was excellent - walking distance to theatre.
Great in room service.
Breakfast selection a bit disappointing, but we didn't leave hungry.
Room seemed different to the one I thought I'd booked.

OMG. What a fabulous hotel. The staff is beyond awesome. The rooms are amazing as are the large bathrooms. The location on Trafalgar Square near the West End with all the theatres is flawless. A special shout-out to Artem, the Ukrainian "coffee boy" who makes everyone's morning seem like just the right way to start the day. I will return whenever I am in London, which is at least once a year.
