Excellent all round. The staff are so friendly and kind, making our stay truly memorable. We wish the staff a big thank you.
The rooms were very well furnished and comfortable. The American Bar is a special place, it is charming and has a great atmosphere at all times of day.
Excellent location for wandering around St James, the palace and parks, and for shopping.

I love staying here as it’s an old hotel with history. Lovely staff. Nice bar. Super comfortable bed with the best pillows.
Last time I stayed here we had a bottle of wine and a cake waiting for us in the room when we checked in. That was lovely. However, even though I put the purpose of the current trip as a romantic getaway there was nothing waiting for us in the room at check in. We didn’t even get little chocolates at turn down. It’s a cheap small gesture for the hotel, especially given the nightly rate, but makes you feel a bit more special.

I liked the interior of the hotel, and the rooms were ok.
Breakfast is horrible, and so expensive I couldn't imagine. They even put extra on the bill of food we never ordered or ate. Very unfriendly staff in the restaurant in the evening and the breakfast. I could not even eat my omelet how disgusting it was. Also very limited breakfast options
