Check in was smooth and friendly
Service at breakfast was so slow I got up and left, and went outside for breakfast. Room 110 and bathroom especially too small but that may be because I didn’t book a bigger room. But no excuse for the bathroom which was too small in any configuration.

An exquisite experience for any traveler, two dining options and very close proximity to Green Park and Buckingham Palace
Our air conditioning did not work and it was one of the hottest days in London in 2025. So hot that all of the subway lines shut down. I figured the caliber of this hotel they would fix it immediately. The maintenance man repaired the issue Upon our checkout, so it was a miserable night.
