The breakfast that was included was terrific. Lots of selection and attentive service. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities.
The noise from the plumbing in upstairs room was quite loud (however, I guess that can be expected in older buildings).

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff were exceptional--friendly, professional and consistently excellent. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job at making us feel cared for. The little touches, like how the towels were folded, bottles of water provided, our items straightened in the bathroom etc., made it special. The breakfast was also very good--the wait staff top notch.

The location is a perfect and central base from which we could easily explore the city in all directions. We also loved the honor bar library where we had a late nitecap and conversation with friends since all the bars and restaurants in the area had closed. It allowed us to invite our friends over as if it were our own home.
The Breakfast “stipend”. We never went over the allotted amount, but to even think of it as a possible added charge was a sour note

Food was excellent, room temperature controls were good, comfortable room very spacious , all interactions with all staff was excellent and professional!
Too many interruptions …. Doorbell often for services, mini bar, turn down, etc. felt like I was settled in and had to get up for door bell or staff would just walk in.

They upgraded our room and it was just fantastic. The bathroom was so large and the room was so well appointed. The hotel is finally decorated throughout. It’s quiet and set aside from the main streets in Soho so it felt really great at night to come back to this quiet hotel. The restaurant is excellent. They serve 24 hour room service.

Perfect location for walking everywhere from theaters, restaurants, shopping and more in London. The staff is very helpful in all aspects. The hotel has good coffee and great latte’s.
Being this close to the crowded part of Soho the streets are sometimes littered with rubbish and people sleep in the streets along the sidewalk to the hotel.
