Lovely staff, beautiful room, wonderful breakfasts and fantastic location. I'm running out of superlatives, but we really loved this hotel.

The overall decor is very different but works so well and in a way which is difficult to explain. Apparently all 96 rooms are uniquely designed and decorated. The breakfast was excellent and not at all rushed. All staff were very accommodating at all times.

-Junior suite didnt have a separate rest area.
-No view at all (and not much light)
-Many rooms and fairly inpersonal lounge area (little intimacy)
-Surcharge for using Apple Pay (crazy, never seen that before)

This hotel was phenomenal. The staff were exceptional--friendly, professional and consistently excellent. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job at making us feel cared for. The little touches, like how the towels were folded, bottles of water provided, our items straightened in the bathroom etc., made it special. The breakfast was also very good--the wait staff top notch.
