The room was absolutely wonderful. There was a little mixup in our reservation and our initial room wasn't what we were expecting (though it was nice). The staff (call out to Sagar) quickly moved us to another room that was beyond our expectations. well appointed, comfortable, quiet, nice view of the city from the balcony.
They even left us a bottle of champagne and chocolates for our anniversary.
The location was really central but central - and amazingly quiet. Workout room had good equipment and great ventilation.
The breakfast selection and quality mad for a great start to our days exploring.
The staff, to a person, was professional and friendly.
Definitely 5 stars!

Stunning decor, friendly staff, the room was tastefully decorated and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was great in the hot weather.
The location is so central. Although the hotel is in a very busy area it is so peaceful and quiet inside.
The breakfast restaurant was very crowded and chaotic and the eggs we ordered were raw.
A service charge was added onto our bill and only when I questioned it, then I was told it was discretionary and I asked for it to be removed. When I am paying for 2 rooms in a 5 star hotel which is expensive I expect 5 star service it shouldn’t come with an additional charge it is included in the price. Please consider removing this practice, this is the reason I have stopped staying in The Londoner hotel. It is very off putting.
