Good location and a nice building.
Extremely unprofessional staff. After I provided my card for possible incidental charges, they attempted to charge me twice and even tried to charge for an extra night that I did not stay. This shows a serious lack of control and trust.

Amazing hotel! In the heart of Soho, a 2-minute walk to Oxford Street. Close to Piccadilly, Covent Garden, truly a pleasure. Excellent breakfast, there was a lovely girl named Avida, very nice, cheerful, and caring. The room we got was amazing, the bed very comfortable, there was a cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room, which was a very pleasant surprise and fun for our anniversary. The cleanliness is excellent, they are very attentive and caring. And at the reception and entrance, they are always welcoming and kind. The hotel is not cheap but worth it! We will definitely return.
