Food was excellent, room temperature controls were good, comfortable room very spacious , all interactions with all staff was excellent and professional!
Too many interruptions …. Doorbell often for services, mini bar, turn down, etc. felt like I was settled in and had to get up for door bell or staff would just walk in.

This Hotel is an unexpected gem.
Its Location is incredibly fantastic: All Staff has a special and genuine way to deal with the guests with a sensitive attention to our needs.
My room was well decorated with an original touch of design and refresh class. Great vibes all around and last but not least a delicious and various breakfast.

Stayed at this hotel many times in the past and extremely disappointed on this visit.
Some staff were arrogant and basic facilities for a 5 star hotel were lacking and non existent.
