No tea and coffee facilities in the room. For the price we paid we expect very good coffee in the room or free coffee service in the morning.

The breakfast that was included was terrific. Lots of selection and attentive service. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities.
The noise from the plumbing in upstairs room was quite loud (however, I guess that can be expected in older buildings).

Lovely staff, beautiful room, wonderful breakfasts and fantastic location. I'm running out of superlatives, but we really loved this hotel.

The overall decor is very different but works so well and in a way which is difficult to explain. Apparently all 96 rooms are uniquely designed and decorated. The breakfast was excellent and not at all rushed. All staff were very accommodating at all times.

-Junior suite didnt have a separate rest area. -No view at all (and not much light) -Many rooms and fairly inpersonal lounge area (little intimacy) -Surcharge for using Apple Pay (crazy, never seen that before)
