The welcome was good
I was miss-sold a junior suite. Advertised as a 44sqm room with separate sitting bed and walk in wardrobe. What I got was a 15sqm room that didn’t contain any of the description and was really out dated in decor. Ive never been mis sold a room like this in my life

Everything, the whole 5 star experience was off the scale. Loved the American Bar, Savoy Grill and breakfast dining experiences. Our room was beautifuliful and we really liked the turndown service attention to detail.
The fact we had to leave was the only negative.

Staff were excellent we were offered an upgrade for £250 which we agreed to then after waiting ages we were told it was not available so we paid a lot more.
