The property had a lift which was great and it was close to Parliament. Breakfast was included, it was a lovely freshly cooked to order with lots if options. Bedroom was clean with comfortable bed TV kettle and coffee machine
The room had only a bath with shower which made it inaccessible for me. No milk for tea etc in room

Price was not discounted when booked 3 days in advance,but dropped by 50 shortly after booking. I will learn to book very last minute in future.

Location. Room lovely.
Breakfast was mediocre at best. Coffee was horrendous, in this day and age there is simply no need for bad coffee. No hot water for shower.

The room is clean and staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye and other sightseeing. St. James Park Underground tube which connect to Circle, District, Victoria, Piccadilly line is just few feet away from the property.
