The room was lovely and comfortable and the location is great.
The bar and restaurant were having a refurbishment at the time so not accessible. We did get a breakfast refund, however on checking the hotel price again on the day it was significantly lower than what we paid for the 2 rooms.

The location is convenient but quiet. Rooms are very clean and well appointed.
One of the reasons I booked here was because it has an adjoining restaurant, unfortunately this is closed for refurbishment. This is information that should have been shared at time of booking. Should I have known this I'd have made alternative provision.

The staff, breakfast and location.
Bathroom lighting could have been brighter. Maybe a light over the sink. Also no outlet in the bathroom for hairdryer.

We were not there long. Only for a night due to a long layover between airports. We wanted to be able to see a few things while we were traveling through Lonon. This hotel is just a few minutes walk from Elizabeth Tower/Big Ben, Parliament, the London Eye and about a 10 minute walk from Buckingham Palace. The room was very nice, modern and clean.
The rooms were small so we had to book two rooms since they sis not offer any rooms with two double or queen beds, but at the price that wasn't so bad.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff, comfy bed and wonderful breakfast.
The only downside was no conditioner in shower for hair washing and had to sit on floor in front of mirror to get ready.

Second Christmas stay at The Sanctuary House Hotel! Love the proximity to attending Christmas Services at Westminster (5-minute walk), lovely room, quiet and safe, excellent btrwakfast and Christmas Eve/Day meals.
I upgraded my room this stay from a twin last year to a family deluxe this year. Both rooms had poor lighting in the bathroom. The family deluxe had only one mirror in the actual room (hoping for better light than bathroom, since there were several nice windows), but it was behind the chair on a narrow strip of wall and you couldn’t use it because you couldn’t get to it.

Dull lighting in the room.The person in charge in the nights was not impressed because I wanted to purchase another room . He said he can’t do it now ,said to come tomorrow .he looks like he is annoyed because I disturbed him watching the phone . So I said there is room available showing in the website I will do it online and done it.
