Close to Westminster Abby and breakfast was good.
Room was small, lightning is bad, furniture very outdated. No wash clothes provided.

Location was fantastic. Breakfast was delicious and provided in a cool, authentic pub below the hotel. Room was not large, but worked well for us. Appreciated that the room had a stocked coffee maker and refrigerator with bottle water and milk. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Was able to store luggage on our last day which allowed us to take full advantage of our time in London. Rooms were very clean and bathroom was updated and very nice!

This hotel is in an excellent location just down the street from Westminster and a very short walk to St James’s park. The included breakfast is also really great!

Incredible staff. Wonderful room. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful and better than any all inclusive I have been to. Beyond exceeded my expectations. Incredible location.

The room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet. All the amenities were well thought out with the traveler’s convenience front and center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant served excellent breakfasts and dinners. And the location was fantastic!
I would have preferred a light blanket or two instead of a duvet, but that’s about the only nit I can find to pick.

Fantastic location! Very close to a tube station off the circle line, quick walk to popular attractions, fairly quiet area. Clean room and friendly staff. There is also a lift to the floors- no dragging your luggage up stairs.

Absolutely loved the pub including Rob who provided some great travel tips! The Frontier beer was a great find!

Great location and very charming.
My room was near the elevator and stairs and I could hear the sounds outside when someone would use either. And the bed squeaked a bit. But it was very charming and the staff was really nice.
