Hotel was cozy with a great location. Fabulous pub with great breakfast and good menu for dinner. The staff was excellent.Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated and modern...would definitely stay there again..
The shower could use a grab bar.The lighting in the bathroom is not good.

Great location and very charming.
My room was near the elevator and stairs and I could hear the sounds outside when someone would use either. And the bed squeaked a bit. But it was very charming and the staff was really nice.

The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice, freshly cooked and large portions. Having a pub downstairs was a bonus.
IT related - the online registration was buggy and the WiFi didn't seem to be compatible with VPNs

Warm homely type feel this hotel is elegant and classy the staff are friendly and so welcoming and the bar/restaurant staff are so helpful and the food was incredible some real homely type food
