Room size, comfortable bed and pillows, complimentary coffees, teas, cookies. Assistance with questions about local laundry services. Terrific breakfast! Quiet even though an exceptional location in Westminster.
Lighting in bathroom or near any mirror not helpful for applying makeup. But this was a minor inconvenience.

Location was fab. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast was excellent. Reception Staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was all round an excellent place to stay for a weekend in London!

Good food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Staff attitude very good. Facilities excellent.
Water in the bathroom was not together hot enough. The room had a fusty smell.

Friendly, welcoming staff- great value and the included breakfast was a bonus- continental and cooked all included. Easy, stree free and quiet...will be back. Great shower and lovely toiletries which weren't stuck to the wall- fab
Cosy does mean cosy...ie small, but other than that-
