Wonderful
Location, conveniently located to the sites and easy access via public transportation to Heathrow. Pub downstairs was great for food at night if too tired to seek out a place to eat after a long day.
They are not in WhatsApp- all communication is thru email and with the time change it can be inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore London. Our room was very clean, and I loved all of the toiletries and little amenities provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, and our room had large windows that brought in so much natural light. We also loved the view from our room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Between the location, comfortable room, beautiful natural light, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London!

Loved the location of the property! Close to everything! Wonderful staff(Fabio was the best!) and our room was nicely appointed. Loved the bathroom also! Bed was comfortable as well. We loved the restaurant/pub located adjacent and connected! So convenient and food was excellent!

The location is outstanding. Big Ben is a five minute walk, St. James’s Park station is right next door, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. The area felt safe and secure throughout the stay. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and kept the room comfortable the whole time.
Our room wasn’t cleaned on the third day. There was no help offered with luggage during check in or check out. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room didn’t work.

The location was wonderful. A tube station was just down the street, Westminster Abbey just a couple mins walk away and just a couple mins further is BigBen and Parliment. We were able to easily walk to Victoria Palace Theater for Hamilton which also puts you right near the theater for Wicked. St. James Park is also nearby. The room was charming, comfortable and we appreciated the complimentary water, coffee and biscuits. Breakfast in the pub restaurant was good.
The coffee at breakfast was pretty horrible, but I just made coffee in the room and grabbed some while out exploring, there are no shortages of cute cafes to pop into

The lock on my room seemed having some problem. At one point, after we closed the door, the door was supposed to be locked by itself, but we still could twist the handle to open the door. However, the next day, it was fine.

Very centrally located to many historic sites and two blocks from the St James tube stop. The pub is a bonus. The breakfast was a full breakfast off a menu and was much more than expected. Friendly staff at check in and the AC worked great.

We were a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but so glad we booked at stayed here. The location is fantastic so close to everything. We were looked after nice friendly staff, the breakfast was simple but perfect, loved the choice of hot option as well. The room was clean, we had 208 and it was quiet. Would definitely stay again.
