Wonderful
Perfect location. A couple of blocks from Westminster Abbey. And the river. A block from the underground station at Saint couple blocks from St. James Park pretty safe area for walking in the evening at least close to the hotel. The river is a bit sketchy at night. The theater district area is sketchy at night too, but this is nowhere near those two places The pub downstairs had pretty good food. Breakfast was free for Hotel guests, it was OK. It would’ve been nice if they could have included some oatmeal or cream of wheat on the buffet. Even dried packets would’ve been better than nothing at all. But overall, it was a very good stay. very quiet. Dual windows to help. we were on the third floor, so we never heard any of the pub noises. I’m not sure about the lower floors.
I can’t think of anything except the lack of oatmeal for breakfast that I didn’t like

This is a beautiful hotel for old world charm but modern comforts. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice espresso available in the room even though breakfast is included. The location can't be beat because you are so close to major sites and underground stops are right nearby to get you most everywhere else. My husband thought the Scotch egg in the restaurant was top notch and they were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. We love this hotel and will be back!

They are not in WhatsApp- all communication is thru email and with the time change it can be inconvenient.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore London. Our room was very clean, and I loved all of the toiletries and little amenities provided. The bed was extremely comfortable, and our room had large windows that brought in so much natural light. We also loved the view from our room. The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Between the location, comfortable room, beautiful natural light, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London!
