The India Guy on the reception was very unfriendly and absolutely respect-less.

Wonderful
Room and Bed were great and very comfortable. The heating controls work perfectly and the room has all the facilities you might want. All of the amenities were first class including the toiletries. The location is excellent for westminister and central London
I have wanted to stay at the Sanctuary for some time now and it has either not quite worked out or it has been fully booked. So was looking forward to taking my wife to London for an overnight stop and a visit to the theatre. I was disappointed to find that the pub which is part of the hotel was closed for a makeover whch meant we were not able to enjoy breakfast or a drink before we went out in the evening. Additionally when we arrived the lift was closed for cleaning. We were on the third floor and my wife has mobility problems so was again disapointed especially as the receptionist did not offer to help us with the transporting of our bags to our room.

Very good location. Clean room and comfortable. Friendly staff and easy checkout. Very good breakfast options - good food - friendly and prompt service. Highly recommend.
The assoicated pub closed quite early - 10pm - would have liked to stay there a bit longer.

Location comfort & cleanliness excellent. Great facilities and perfect for a short stay in London
The cleaners were very noisy in the morning from 8/9am and the reception staff were efficient but unfortunately not very friendly when we were checking in & out. A smile and friendly word goes a long way to enhancing a stay

Good location. Room was spacious, functional - well laid out. Price was great for London.
The entrance, stairs and carpet to the reception area are straight out of the 1980s. Makes a poor first impression. The carpet looked old and threadbare. The rooms were excellent however.

Great location for Westminster. Helpful staff. Fridge in the room with milk and water.
The room was an accessible room which wasn't obvious when we booked so the loo was very high! The bathroom door swung out into the tiny bedroom so there was a risk of it hitting someone in the bedroom area.

Fantastic location! Very close to a tube station off the circle line, quick walk to popular attractions, fairly quiet area. Clean room and friendly staff. There is also a lift to the floors- no dragging your luggage up stairs.
