It’s okay nothing to complain about.
Not my vibe, but I left right away they gave me my money back right away it was the easier hotel to deal with in terms of getting my refund back. Thank Sanctuary house hotel.

Very centrally located to many historic sites and two blocks from the St James tube stop. The pub is a bonus. The breakfast was a full breakfast off a menu and was much more than expected. Friendly staff at check in and the AC worked great.

We were a bit hesitant after reading some reviews but so glad we booked at stayed here.
The location is fantastic so close to everything. We were looked after nice friendly staff, the breakfast was simple but perfect, loved the choice of hot option as well.
The room was clean, we had 208 and it was quiet.
Would definitely stay again.

Centrally located. Breakfast included at the pub. Coffee, tea, biscuits, water every day.
Comfortable. AC worked great.
The beds were a little bowed.
