Wonderful
The quiet ambiance was a delight and crisp cotton bed linen lead to a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were attentive without being gushy. The room's minibar was well stocked and the room service food and drink options should meet nearly everyone's needs.
Can't think of a thing I didn't like.

Wonderful
Beautiful and very characterful Georgian building, helpful staff, gorgeous cat, comfy beds, honesty bar. Wonderfully quiet area. Like going back in time.
Bedrooms are very dark - a good reading light would be useful. You have to ask for a kettle etc. Would be nice if they were in every room. Only one very small bottle of water is free - otherwise you have to pay for drinking water.

Very Good
Bed was firm and comfortable. Shower was good. Very good access to public transport.
Bed was hot at night, duvet was heavy. Lack of drawers available to really unpack.

Beautiful room and amazing bathroom with free standing bath. Incredible breakfast and really friendly staff. Every detail was thought through. We stayed over Christmas
Bathroom was a little smelly- maybe due to old pipes? The smell went once we used the bathroom through. I didn’t raise this was staff as wasn’t a big deal
