Staff are friendly and helpful. Guestroom is luxury, cozy and comfortable.
Hotel is under renovation (facade) and it definitely affects the enjoyment. Dust from construction works affects guests waiting at zebra crossing outside hotel.

Staying at The Ritz London is an experience you will want to return to again and again. Your visit is thoughtfully prepared long before you even take a step inside — the staff are gracious, attentive, and truly make you feel welcome, appreciated, and taken care of.
Anyone who orchestrates processes and operations in any business knows that when things appear effortless, there is an extraordinary level of thought, precision, and professionalism behind it. This is exactly how I see The Ritz — polished, classy, and impeccable.
What stands out just as much is the people. Across every touchpoint — from concierge, valet, reception, and housekeeping to The Palm Court, the restaurant, and the Rivoli Bar (special greetings to a Lithuanian bartender working there) — The Ritz brings together individuals who are not only exceptional in their professionalism, but also in their cultural awareness, warmth, and presence.
It takes you back in time in the very best sense. The food, the service, and the beautifully decorated rooms come together to create something close to a fairytale.
We were genuinely won over. The Ritz London has gained new regular guests — we are already planning to return each year to relive its magic and the beauty of London altogether.
P.S. Being addressed as “Madam Asta” throughout my stay was a small detail that brought a smile every time — charming, personal, and a reminder that what we truly value is to be seen not just as guests, but as individuals.

The staff were excellent throughout the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and we were well looked after. A special mention for Tony on the key desk, who was very knowledgeable, helpful and made us feel very welcome.
The mattress was too soft for our liking, otherwise everything else was okay
