This hotel maintains its lavish reputation. I love the traditional attire the staff wear and their exceptional standard of service. The hotel looks beautiful and the room was large which surprised me. The food was lovely too
This is a very expensive hotel, but compared to others in the same pricing category, I think this one excels for its standard and traditional British feel.

The breakfast was fantastic. We had afternoon tea on the first day which was the best afternoon tea I have ever had. Loads of choices. Evening meal and the dancers and band all excellent. Was situated in a lovely part of London where I had not stayed before and so lots to do and next to beautiful Green Park.

This iconic hotel has exemplary service; incredible food and drinks! It is probably the best hotel I’ve been to in the world for service and food. Rita the Manager could not have done more to look after us; help us; give me the best 60th birthday ever. Undoubtedly they deserve the best restaurant in the UK and two Michelin stars.

The Ritz is an experience in itself, amazing staff, everything is very very very formal.
The bedroom was gigantic and very clean.
Great location.
I didn't like the silence in the breakfast room (not even a bit of music, nothing).
They will check your shoes (no matter how expensive your sneakers can be, you will constantly feel out of place) and the staff may make you feel underdressed, which to be honest was a bit annoying but I guess is part of the package when staying at this iconic hotel.
No gym available.

Guest-oriented customer service. They always acknowledge you and offer to help with anything, as well as ask you if there’s anything you need. Beautiful hotel rooms. Daily breakfasts are wonderful.
