Everything! This is such an amazing hotel, I booked this for my parents 75th birthday and 55th wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond and made their stay so special! I cant thank them enough!

Beautiful common areas. Great staff. Historic hotel.
Avoid dinner at the hotel, unless your idea of a good meal is tiny bits of meat or fish accompanied by equally small blobs of exotic sauces or vegetables.

Magical, for 26hrs we felt as if it was a film, everyone was kind and attentive.We were walked through the hotel and history was given. Advised to have breakfast in the restaurant due to the beautiful decor, were booked into the bar an hour before live at the ritz file to being busy on at Friday night.

We are returning guests and we were treated as such by all members of staff we came inot contact with. The service was excellent and a special and difficult request was dealt with and resolved to our complete satisfaction.
