The concierges were mostly quite helpful. The location was perfect for my needs. The elevators are quick; breakfast was included and good.
There were some picky little things that seemed inexplicable: why don’t they replenish the “free” bottled water in the room, instead of making it one per customer? Why is there a very pointed note in the room virtually demanding that guests be out of the room from 8:30 - 15:00 for housekeeping access, yet when I arrived back at my room at 17:00 the maid was just arriving and asked me to leave again so she could service the room? And why didn’t the front desk see that as a problem?

Very comfortable bed you could have slept in for hours. Check in and check out, breakfast and spa facilities were all good and location is excellent - just down the road from Harrods.

Excellent location, near restaurants/ attractions etc.Super quick check-in.
Room good size, maybe could do with a spruce up.

All the staff we met really friendly and helpful.
Special mention to Scott in lobby area, who helped us with our bags, and local knowledge, directions etc.
Would return again, no hesitation.

The staff here are brilliant - so friendly and eager to help. The room was small but had everything we expected and was comfortable. We had breakfast every day, which was a serve-yourself buffet. It was good quality and tasty. The bar area is welcoming and we spent a couple of hours there. Can't speak about dinner as we didn't eat there but the menu looks very good. Being so close to Exhbition Road meant some great attractions within a few minutes walk away.
Nothing really, except the price. But that was probably par for that part of London.
