We have stayed many times before as the hotel is clean, comfortable and very convenient for the Albert Hall.
Able to get a nice pre-concert evening meal at a reasonable price.
Nothing of note otherwise we wouldnt keep coming back

The hotel is not new but kept the charm, impeccable cleanliness and high level of service. The greatest value is the central location, for a reasonable price. It is is right next Natural history museum, and Hyde Park

It was much too warm in the corridors. Why have heat on in the height of summer? Room was hot too but we managed to get the window open.

The hotel is very nice and clean. I also loved the design; it is a little retro in a good way. The location is perfect! It is close to Hyde Park and museums, plus, there is a subway station really close, so it is very convenient to use the subway.
Stuff is very nice and helpful.
As for the things that could be improved, it is breakfast. There was not much variety; there were few fresh vegetables and fruit. Plus, the AC is a little noisy. All the rest is great!

Classic room quite small but very clean, comfortable and exceptionally quiet - top marks for the room and bathroom.
Concierge was happy to keep our bags for a few hours after we checked out - this is appreciated. Welcoming staff.
Breakfast was ok but I don't like fetching my drink from a machine - a fresh pot of coffee would be preferable. Similarly, the buffet was ok with nice pastries but I don't like serving myself lukewarm pre-cooked eggs.

As it was three of us, the sofa bed was opened and there was no room to move. The fridge was not on.
