Location. Loved the pillows and comfy bed.
Hotel was quiet and peaceful.
Lovely and clean. Room service food was delicious. Concierge was super helpful.
Limited breakfast offering. Would have liked the option of nuts and seeds. Scrambled eggs were strange consistency.
Had to ask staff not to argue publicly and loudly at breakfast.

the property was charming, very clean, and welcoming. we particularly appreciated the lounge and bar, and restaurant areas. breakfast was bountiful and delicious!
we loved the hotel and will definitely stay at the Rembrandt when back in London. I have recommended it to my friends.

The hotel is lovely but seriously over 320 for a night and you have to pay extra for early check in AND late check out.
Check in not available until 15:00 with check out at 11:00. Check out is the same time as breakfast ends.
Bar closed before midnight.
The only saying grace is the wonderful staff.

We enjoyed the location, which was close to the underground and easy access to everything. The breakfast was very good, and we enjoyed sitting in the lounge of an afternoon after a very busy day. We will return to stay for a few nights in a few weeks, prior to our flight home to Australia.
As we are are both over 60 it was rather disconcerting to climb in and out of a bath to have a shower- a significant risk for a fall.

The location was good and the room size was more than adequate compared to london hotels.
The rooms are outdated and furniture is old. The breakfast was above average but not exceptional. To be fair, the varieties were so British and it didnt match our taste.

Location was ace, the front staff were brilliant and the rooms were really clean. Hot breakfast choice was great.
Room was cramped, corridor noisy, high price point for room size. Breakfast, coffee was made with uht milk and did not taste good, little fruit or low sugar cereal, small yoghurts. The hot breakfast had a great choice.
