I’d stayed there before and liked the location and the breakfast, which was great this time too.
Our room was exceptionally small, cramped and because of location did not have full head room across the ceiling area which further reduced the effective size of the room. The room was hot and the fan brought to us did not work.

Nice, friendly staff. Room was a good size, beds very comfortable, it was quiet, in a great location, close to tube stations, close to a range if cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, good range of food, caters for vegans. Really liked the option of having breakfast in room or a takeaway from reception. Excellent idea! Wished we had seen it sooner but we rushed out the door to go to a show and didn't see the info till too late. But we know now for the future. We will definitely stay here again and for longer. It is now on our list of hotels for London! Thank you.
Toiletries provided were a little too masculine, more gender neutral ones would have been preferable. Didn't bring any with us as we were travelling as light as possible. Possibly have a combined shampoo and conditioner instead of just shampoo, better for the hair.
