Perfect stay, welcoming staff. Room ready before the allotted check in time. Comfy yet chic surroundings. Choice at breakfast was perfect.
Only got to spend one night there. Due to our itinerary we didn't get to use the leisure facilities.

The property location is good and close to key areas.
Breakfast was always cold, but understand when catering high volume of guests. My room was nice but it had a conjoining door and I could clearly hear the guests talking.

We had an executive twin and requested a quiet room. It was lovely and quiet. Beds were comfortable and we had an excellent sleep. Breakfast was excellent and varied. Room was busy bit we were not rushed.

We loved staying at the hôtel the staff and specially the concierge services was fantastique, big thanks to Neil, Pablo and Scott who have made our stay memorable! The tube station is right by and it makes it so easy to commute to various places. Even with a push chair for a little one. We will definetly return
The Windows not opening fully, small rubbish bins, lack of containts in the mini bar i.e water refill We were with a toddler and not enough blankets for him. Breakfast, i was missing some biscuits
