Hotel is in a great location and in easy reach of all the local things to do. Not a long walk from underground either. The rooms are small but clean and tidy.The staff are really friendly and super helpful.
You need to be clearer in your advertising of the pool. The pool is next door and you have to pay extra for it. I am not bothered about paying, just make it clear to customers before hand.

Breakfast and meals were very good.
The room is very small, with several low-hanging columns that one could easily bump their head on. So, I upgraded to an executive room. It's still small, but at least there are no columns in the way.

Clean comfortable room, convenient location.
In the room we were allocated on this occasion, there was more traffic noise than we're used to, also ongoing renovations on our floor not mentioned when we made booking.

Rooms small , couldn’t reach toilet roll from the toilet . Enormously heavy cover on ben .
Area round the lifts being painted which caused me to have breathing difficulty . Why weren’t we notified when we booked ? I was glad to leave

Staff were really friendly - made you feel very well supported and extremely helpful
Using the swimming pool with my 5 year old granddaughter- very unpleasant experience when a club member insisted that we shouldn’t be using the pool as it was adults only, even though no one had told us or explained any schedule to us. We had paid to use the pool and were not told about it being adult only until after we were actually in the pool. This was really unpleasant and we didn’t use the facility again. We had particularly chosen the hotel because of the pool for my granddaughter.

The reception and dining area gave the right impression of a quality 4-5 star hotel however the room did not reach our expectations and given the price of the room given it was a Tuesday did not match the cost. The room reflected what you would expect in a premier inn or travel lodge
