breakfast not as usual within Mama Shelter the coffee machine was broke for our entire stay and during breakfast we had to ask for bread, eggs, bacon, ... and still we have been charged for a complete breakfast not that client friendly

I was told this hotel is closing down in 3 days I am very disappointed. I booked a double room on the website and got another room without a window and in the basement. It was terrible.
NO WINDOW IN ROOM, Very claustrophobic I can see why the hotel is closing down.

Great location, nice size room.
Room was extremely hot-very uncomfortable. Pillows were way too soft. It was so stuffy and warm in the room even with the window open that it was difficult to sleep and even stay in for very long without becoming over heated. It was frustrating that they would not allow groups than 6 book the karaoke room, even as a paying guest. Sunday roast was underwhelming.
