The staff and vibes are good
the facilities are not great. No close by transport links, the room smells of damp, no water in the room even as a complimentary first night token of appreciation. It was clean enough but the walls need a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was very nice. The best feature is definitely the people working hard to make us as welcomed and comfortable as possible. The lovely messages on the mirrors, the fresh lemon water, making sure we have a pick up plan for the next stage of our trip. I arrived early to my check in and the staff did not turn me away, my room was already perfectly done and ready for me. Very clean as well, the bathroom was immaculate.
The bed and pillows - i understand it's subjective. The bed was way too firm for my taste and the feather pillows are probably not the best choice for a hotel (it tend to trap odour)
