Had an incredible stay at this trendy London hotel. The location is absolutely spot on — just a short walk from the tube, making it so easy to get around the city. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully presented, and impressively soundproofed, which meant a really peaceful night’s sleep. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the shower was powerful and luxurious — a real highlight after a long day in London. Overall, a fantastic stay from start to finish. Stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located. Would absolutely stay again.

The cleaner threw out a bag of gifts we had bought that were in our room. The staff were very unhelpful when we called to check where the bag was and just said it was gone. They asked if we expected them to do anything about it and then tried to check us out without addressing the issue. Still have yet to receive the refund for the items taken from the room.

Our room was quite spacious and really comfortable! It was quiet and it was great we had a kettle.
The location for the towel hooks was not great (next to the toilet). It would be preferable to hang them on the door. A shower cabin would be better than the shower curtain we had.

Room in quiet part of hotel, as requested. Reception staff very welcoming on arrival and helpful with left-luggage. Bed very comfortable and large. Lots of hot water, excellent shower. Small fridge in room. Bus 26 and 55 leave you at the door n also bring you to city centre.
