The only thing is that I asked to order some food from the restaurant to my room, which is a pretty cool thing that you can do in this hotel... So I stopped at the restaurant, order the food and realized that I was charged these service fee (which is like 12%) for a TAKE AWAY, okay fine and THEN the guy who took my order told me that he was going to call to my room to let me know when the food/order is ready SO I CAN COME AND PICK IT UP. My thoughts are like if you are charging me a SERVICE FEE for a take away service at least bring the food to my room.
