Fantastic location and very helpful staff. Lovely bathroom with excellent toiletries.
We did not realise that there was not an external window. The window looked out to a tiny internal courtyard and as a result the room felt a little claustrophobic. We asked if it was possible to change but felt paying an extra £50 for an external window was rather pricey.

Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was lovely. Ideal location for the Royal Albert Hall. The toiletries were a nice touch. Staff all polite and friendly.
Paid for 3 queen rooms with bathrobes and slippers etc however. One of the doubles wasn't up to the same standard, which was disappointing. Noise from building work wasn't good.

The lunch we had in the bar was excellent and so was the service by especially one young lady who made us feel very welcome. She was also at breakfast and remembered us which was amazing. The room was excellent and the bed very comfortable.
Our room was next to the lift and when in the bathroom you could hear it going up and down. The view from the room was not great but not a problem.

Great location and upgraded to spacious and comfortable room. Lovely spacious bathroom with walk in shower and no bath- much prefer this. Just need a hook near the shower for the towel- currently sited at side of toilet.
Alittle noisy in the morning due to refurbishment.
