The room was freezing, even after asking for the heating to be fixed it never worked, they said they looked at it and it should be ok but it wasn’t.

The welcome at check in was warm and friendly.
We were kindly upgraded and the room was beautiful. The hotel even rembered in my communication that we were visiting for a concert for my husband's birthday and room service delivered two slices of cake! Fab touch!
Breakfast was one of the best in terms of choice - absolutely loved the fresh orange juice maker!
All staff are a credit to this hotel from man on the door to waitIng staff at breakfast.
Check out very quick and even the offer of storing luggage for the day.
Perfect location for the Royal Albert Hall.
That it was only a one night stay!

The front of house staff were delightful
I booked a twin room but the bed was made up as a double. We were too tired and hungry to ask for a different room.On return to hotel at 11:15pm there was a nasty odour eminating from the men's toilets. The lounge was closed off for re painting so we had to take our drinks to the room

The hotel outself was extremely high quality, professional staff, lovely clean and well equipped room. Very good value and in a great location
Only improvements would have been for there to be more places to hang towels in the bathroom

Ill give a 10 just for Cecile. Might be the most professional and kindest front desk we have met at a hotel and we are very well travelled
Location also was great but i just happened to need that area to stay at
Room was very good, comfortable and clean
The breakfast is average. Some items are bland but the bread and pastries are outstanding
Overall i recommend for a quick stay or business trip

The whole hotel interior, including our room was well-apponted had a clean, modern but inviting feel. The bar offered tasty light evening meals. The staff were very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices. One morning, for a few pounds extra, we ordered two of the specials, which were excellent. The afternoon tea was first-class (except see below). 'Millac' was supplied with the tea/coffee maker in the room.
Space around the window side of our bed was limited. The room was a little too warm for us to sleep in, but that's common, these days. The 'animal' desserts at the end of the afternoon tea were great to look at, but really more suited to kids.
