I was promised a connected room but the room wasn’t available at check in. Staff quickly fixed the situation after the first night. The breakfast and gym were 10/10.

We stayed in the King Studio Suite Park View room for 2 nights for our wedding and it was truly magical. The Kimpton Fitzroy is the most beautiful hotel we’ve ever stayed in! The hotel room was stunning and the staff were incredibly helpful. We can’t wait to come back again!

The building and the surrounding lovely
The room was unacceptable. It was very small. We paid over £320 room only and we could barely move in the room I had to place my suitcase in the bathroom.
Breakfast was okay - however extra charges for a omelette?? What’s all that about ? Especially when we paid £30 per person ???

Hotel was situated close to St. Pancras International Train Station which is what was needed- a plus. Help staff were very courteous and helpful.
Room was a good size for London, however big negative was the shower stall tiles/ grout were full of mold- didn’t notice until taking a shower- plus the air conditioner, when on produced a very unusual smell in the room. For a 4/5 star hotel, and for the price, this should not be the case. Very disappointing in this regard.
