Upon arrival at the hotel I was upgraded to a Queen room, which was not expected and was very exciting! Everyone I spoke with at the hotel was so so lovely and couldnt do enough for me. I felt very safe too.
The breakfast could have been better. The fact you could get your eggs cooked to how you wanted wasnt explained at the start. Bacon and sausages didnt look very appealing.

Excellent rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff certainly tried to be accommodating. (The doorman was going to get us a cab to the airport despite the rush and see to it our bags were stowed properly come he?ll or high water)
Our room was not ready at the stated check in time so we had to wait- never fun after a long day of travel. Desk was very apologetic and I think they tried to make up for it by giving us a well located room that overlooked the Square)

We love all the staffs, especially Thai women staff who mange the breakfast room, she is nice and good service to our family.
Sometimes there are fail alarms systems at the noon.

Disappointing
The hotel didn't want to issue me an invoice for the amount paid, telling me to request the invoice from Booking, through which I made the reservation. Although I travel a lot, the hotels have never sent me to Booking for the invoice. I wrote to booking and, obviously, they replied that they don't issue the invoice, but the hotel. So far I have not been able to solve it and I absolutely need the invoice, because the accommodation was in the interest of work and I need the invoice for the company.
