Well appointed junior suite. Extremely comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. Close to South Kensington tube.

Location very central to South Kensington
Tatty and dated. Strong synthetic smell from. Diffusers everywhere that was very irritating to skin and eyes
Only hot water in taps (cold taps run hot) so couldn’t wash face, brush teeth or shower as water was scolding. Also couldn’t fill kettle with hot water from tap.
I would not recommend staying here as it is very over priced for an uncomfortable stay

Staff was really wonderful.
We booked an executive triple for 3 adults and we understood there would be bedding for 3, but the 3rd adult was on a child’s rollaway cot up against the foot of the other bed. It was not comfortable for an adult and not very nice for her to be at our feet. We could easily have afforded two nice rooms for what we paid for this triple, so that was disappointing.

The location and the overall design of the hotel is great. The staff are lovely. Especially Thomas.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were with a group of friends and none of us could sleep through the night because of how uncomfortable the beds were. Also there's only one small elevator and it was defect for a whole day so we had to use the stairs to the 4th floor. Lastly, the front door was closed at midnight and it took a few minutes until someone came to open it we had to call and ring for a few times to get in (waiting in the cold was no fun)
