the waiters snd doormen were extremely friendly
it is old and my son burned his hand several times as there was hot water coming out of the cold water tap. the problem couldn’t be fixed. room very dark and dusty. Front Office staff either did not understand us or ignored what we were saying.

Great smell all around the hotel, make it very pleasant, very nice welcome coffee with some sweets and green apple that i loved, very friendly staff that accepted late check out for us at 13:30 instead of 11:00
There was a lot of noise from street to the room, in middle of the night, at 03:00am

The staff were great and helped with our luggage. We only booked a cosy room but it had plenty of space for 2 and was towards the back of the hotel. Really comfy bed, robes and soft pillows.

Rooms and beds are smaller, but this is London. The rooms were too warm, even after turning off the heat and opening the windows.

The bathroom was huge and well equipped. Excellent location. Was not disturbed by the street noise.
Wi-fi was awful. At least it was free, so I guess I got what I paid for. Air conditioner was very loud. Mini-bar and snacks ridiculously over-priced.
