It's a very small hotel with very big attitude. They charge even the omelet in the breakfast. No flexibility in check out time.

Everything was fantastic, really stylish boutique hotel. Great location. The rooms were FABULOUS. The rooms were a good size (even the comfy double), bed was the best I’ve ever had, everything in the room was quality. Penhaligans bath accessories, great air con & quiet too! Staff lovely & helpful. I will be back for certain.

Close to South Kensington tube and handy for the Albert Hall. Lovely period hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly helpful staff.
They have changed from a wonderful à la carte breakfast to a buffet breakfast which is nice but just not the same experience.

Stunning room (suite); friendly and efficient staff; the bed was amazingly comfortable and the bedding was gorgeous! The amenities in the room were excellent - personalised and stylish. The room was large and the decor amazing.
