The location was charming; the staff were very welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The beds were super comfortable; and the bathroom was large, with two basins and a deep soaking tub and multiple shower heads.

This hotel is not a 5 star I booked it because I got a deal on booking but I guess you get what you pay for. The breakfast is very good and the staff are lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The room was tiny and for me it is dated, there was a stain in the toilet tiles. I just don’t know how the hotel can have a 5 star rating, it is not a 5 star experience.

To the confirmed price for the room, they add Accomodation service charge and restaurant service charge which adds nearly £ 20.00 to your bill. This was rather an unpleasant surprice.

It was the perfect London hotel for my sister and I. We only had two days to explore so the very easy access (directly out the front) to both the tube and bus was amazing to quickly and conveniently hop on and off transport. Safety was key for us and we couldn’t have felt more comfortable, all staff members we encountered were extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!
