Loved this boutique hotel. The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The decor throughout was beautiful, well equipped and facilities very clean.
Rooms and beds are smaller, but this is London. The rooms were too warm, even after turning off the heat and opening the windows.

Well appointed junior suite. Extremely comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. Close to South Kensington tube.

Location very central to South Kensington
Tatty and dated. Strong synthetic smell from. Diffusers everywhere that was very irritating to skin and eyes Only hot water in taps (cold taps run hot) so couldn’t wash face, brush teeth or shower as water was scolding. Also couldn’t fill kettle with hot water from tap. I would not recommend staying here as it is very over priced for an uncomfortable stay

Staff was really wonderful.
We booked an executive triple for 3 adults and we understood there would be bedding for 3, but the 3rd adult was on a child’s rollaway cot up against the foot of the other bed. It was not comfortable for an adult and not very nice for her to be at our feet. We could easily have afforded two nice rooms for what we paid for this triple, so that was disappointing.
