Great location, wonderful staff and beautiful drawing room! We arrived before check-in, and they took care of our luggage and brought us tea in the gorgeous drawing room. We loved walking to the Natural History Museum so easily.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Comfortable rooms,though a bit warm in Room 403, though water taps should be repaired so that water flows immediately in stead of a thin stream. Many different kinds of restaurants nearby, the Tube Station and buses, almost at our doorstep.

Beautiful rooms & outstanding service. Great location across the street from the tube and in front of a bus stop. It’s walking distance the The Natural History Museum , The Victoria & Albert museum, and Harrods. Love this hotel! Amazing service.
They have a shared space that’s a little run down, but the room absolutely was not. It was gorgeous.

The rooms were nicely decorated and provided all the essential amenities; very comfortable beds and beddings; location was fantastic just opposite the tube station with plenty of eateries nearby. Special thanks to Vishnu for being so patient, kind & helpful to us.
When taking a shower, the bathroom floor gets wet and it’s very difficult to prevent this.
