Nice design.
The hotel charged my card twice for the same stay — in total almost £6,000, with the second charge even higher than the first one. Despite many requests through Booking and by email, they never provided an invoice or any explanation. They just ignore messages. Completely unacceptable.

Most of all the location. There is the Bank tube station directly across the street. It is also a nice walk to the Tower of London, also St. Paul's Cathedral and Millennium Bridge to the Tate Modern.
There is live music every night and Millie's restaurant serves wonderful food and cocktails.
I will definitely be booking the Ned on my next trip to London.
I honestly can't think of anything. Even room service was punctual and delicious. When calling for the service tray to be collected, it was gone in an instant.

I love the rooms, always first class and excellent quality.
Nothing really, some staff members ( the doorman in particular were excellent) Some not so good. When I ordered a drink in the lobby/ bar area the service was poor and had attitude, which I don’t appreciate and especially in a hotel of this quality and price band.

The room was exceptional, it was kitted out with plenty of small appreciated touches.
Lutyens Grill is a dinner reservation I would make again as the streaks were some of the best we’ve had in a long time.
The bed was so pleasant to sleep on , we didn’t want to get out of it.
The vault is an interesting bar to pass through but not worth the additional fee to sit and drink at in my opinion.

The room was luxurious and very comfortable. While there were a few small issues (as noted below), the overall outfitting and amenities — especially the bathroom with its impressive range of products — really lived up to the 5★ rating.
Breakfast was faultless, both in quality and presentation, and the in-room dining menu was easy to use with an excellent selection. The swimming pool, sauna, and hammam area were also very enjoyable, and the changing rooms were beautifully presented
It wasn’t possible to book a spa day-pass in advance, and when I asked both by phone and in person, staff could only say it ‘depends on the day,’ which created stress even though it worked out fine in the end. In the room, the TV casting didn’t work, a couple of bedside switches were broken (we had to unplug the lamps), and there wasn’t a proper table for two to eat at — so we ended up using trays on the sofa. Midway through the stay there was also a mistaken attempt to charge an additional €250 on top of the deposit, which was unsettling.
The spa staff were brusque, entering the sauna without knocking to tell us it was closing soon, and overall the door and concierge staff seemed less warm or helpful than expected at a five-star hotel. Small touches like a smile, opening the door, offering to help with bags, or making suggestions for restaurants/transport would have gone a long way.

Amazing location right in the city centre close to Borough Market, London Bridge, Shard, Barbican etc
Almost nothing not to like, but excellence comes at a pretty price. Will definitely return for special occasions.

This rate does not include access to any ned’s club areas (upstairs, downstairs spa & gym). the 85 square-yard duplex suite is split on two levels. the ground floor features a large, well-stocked bar and dining area for up to six people, with private access to a small terrace with views over princes street and the bank of england. up on the mezzanine, there’s a velvet-appointed king-size bed and a roll top bathtub. a marble tiled bathroom includes a walk-in rainforest shower and a range of full-size cowshed products. this room can accommodate an extra bed with the additional charge of gbp 60 per night.
