Set in the former Midland Bank building in the City of London, just steps from Bank Station, The Ned hosts 250 bedrooms, ten restaurants and a range of men’s and women’s grooming services. The Grade I-listed building was designed by Sir Edwin 'Ned' Lutyens in 1924. Each bedroom at The Ned features elements of design back to the 1920's and 1930’s and includes vintage pieces, patterned furnishings and rainforest showers. The former Grand Banking Hall is host to restaurants which serve a wide range of cuisines, from Britain to Northern Italy, North America to Asia. Six private hire rooms and two terraces are at guests’ disposal. They all have a reception area. Ned’s Club Spa offers a variety of treatments – from manicures and pedicures, to massages and hair services. The private member's spaces, Ned's Club Gym and Ned's Club Spa pool may be accessed through purchasing day passes, subject to availability. The property is within a short walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral and within 15 minutes from Oxford Street and the West End, by tube. Bank Station also offers a direct DLR connection to London City Airport, which can be reached in 30 minutes.

Accessibility, all you needed was there in room and in hotel.
That you couldn’t use gym facilities until checking in. I wanted to use earlier in day prior checking in. No option to pay extra for this. I would also prefer the gym pass being included in the price. Rather then a higher price for room. This due to how a customer is left feeling. Could not connect the tv to phone via chrome cast. Apple TV would be a great option for rooms.

Facilities and the concierge gentlemen were so lovely and helpful and welcoming.
We love this hotel however this time round the First Gentlemen we met with on reception wasn’t the friendliest and last time we were asked if we wanted upgrade etc but this time no mention. We went to the room and wanted something better so went back down and upgraded and paid extra £250 just an option like last time would have been ideal. Also my room didn’t have a dressing table or chair near a mirror which was hard esp when applying makeup on
