Location was excellent
What can I say? Paid £600 for a basement room with a window that had construction work going on outside. The room was tiny and really not worth the money

The staff were very helpful in changing our room and storing luggage downstairs
I thought that our top floor room on the first night was way below my expectations for £350 per night. It was too small to fit a wheelchair comfortably although we paid extra for an accessible room. The windows were initially locked and when finally opened didn’t allow air flow. The air con minimum was 18 degrees and the room uncomfortably hot. The decor was in need of a refresh and the blinds too! The woodwork and step into the room were scuffed. The kitchenette had only carpet so can’t have been clean below foot. The ironing board was just pushed under the bed and the old iron smelt. I thought that was very unhygienic. The wardrobe was too small for my dresses. I know this is central London but if this had been student accommodation I wouldn’t have been surprised. There was no breakfast or dining room or bar in the hotel but maybe I just missed that on the info.

Great location to buckingham palace, theaters, restaurants and the tube. Staff were great and very helpful. Worth the cost

The location was perfect and very close to metro within walking distance.
The hotel staff were very friendly.
The room was clean and cleaned every day.
The wifi was not good.

The room was more spacious than we expected and it included a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and service was excellent. Hotel is small and safe with a modern vibe. Hotel lobby and room was very clean. I would stay here again.

This location was amazing. Close to the theater with lots of restaurants in the area.

Location is great. The small kitchen is a good idea and came in useful. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby to either buy food to cook or eat out.
Other guests were very noisy - talking loudly and slamming doors at 2am. As the hotel is small and rooms compact this noise is transmitted very easily.

Friendly staff, great location, very quiet, just around the corner to groceries and restaurants, having a small kitchenette was so helpful.
The added bed for our child was pretty uncomfortable.
