The staff at this hotel were friendly but also professional. There was no bar, but they offered a free glass of wine to guests in the evening, which we thought was a lovely gesture from the hotel. There were no eating facilities at the hotel, but there were lots of places to eat in the immediate vicinity. They offered a breakfast delivery option for pastries. The location was excellent. The size of the room, for 3 of us, was perfect. My friends and I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

The room is large for central London. It's nice there's a kitchenette. The location is exceptional being next to the Royal Mews and literally next door to grocery, coffee shops, restaurants, and less than 10 min from Victoria station.
Overall the space is renovated but you can tell the building is old (peeling paint and drywall from prior leaks on the ceiling, scratches on the wardrobe, etc). The staff are nonchalant but they will help you as obligated.

There were no sounds from outside the hotel at all in spite of being in London. The room was very big, nicely furnished. The bathroom was luxurious. The little kitchen area was such a bonus. The reception staff were lovely. I couldn't fault anything at all. This gem of a hotel was the perfect spot for our stay as we we're invited to The Royal Garden Party on 20th May 2025. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the key historical and other tourist attractions in London. It is also very close to the theaters as well. At the same time, it is a few blocks from the busy streets and visiting hordes. The room was lovely - Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.
My only gripe, and this is not unique to this hotel, is that everywhere I stay these days, the typical sheet and blanket has been replaced by the super warm, all-in-one down thingy. Way too hot!
