Lovely welcome from friendly and professional staff. The hotel is in an attractive building and a great location. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette is a great addition.

I wanted to pay on contactless and although I had ID they wanted a pin number. i forget it so delayed me having my rook for a while.

Everything about this property is great! We could not have asked for anything more. The staff were amazing, especially Gela, who helped me before the stay. The room was lovely and the amenities were superb!

Everything is great! Though the room is not big given the super prime location, but it has everything you need and very clean. All details are great. Would definitely be back

They don’t do breakfast, very expensive (although that’s London).

Every member of staff (even the cleaners) were very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond what you would expect. Couldn't fault anything.

Loved the kitchen we had a toddler with us so made our stay so much easier.
