The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful . This place has the best air conditioning in the rooms the bed is comfortable and the room is spacious
I liked the property it a was just a shame you couldn’t have breakfast

The staff were so helpful and friendly, both before and during our stay. The location is incredible, and the happy hour and option to have "takeaway" breakfast delivered to the room each day were super. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London 10/10

Great location. Clean facilities. Super friendly staff. There was a happy hour between 6-7pm where you could get a glass of wine or prosecco!

I liked the little kitchenette, But you should have provided a tea towel to dry the dishes as we had to use our hand towel,

Great selection of restaurants and bars nearby!!
Our room was quite small but well appointed- not a problem for us but if you wanted a lot of space for a longer stay it might be an issue.
