The location is excellent -- very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, and easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Westminster and the Thames. The staff was very friendly; Gela in particular was actually quite helpful to us as we were struggling to get British Airways to deliver our luggage after it got separated from us during our flight to London. We would definitely consider returning.

A hidden gem, have stayed in many hotels in my lifetime, this is honestly right up there as the best, the hidden kitchen was a lovely surprise, fridge, microwave, sink, ideal for having a night in and being able to have warm food. Location is nice and quiet, but close enough to shops, Victoria station and Buckingham Palace is a stone’s throw.

Amazing location, the staff were fantastic and the rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We received a handwritten card on arrival which was a lovely touch and we will definitely stay again.

A fabulous find. Rarely have I experienced genuine hospitality like this. Every guest is treated to a service that is second to none. While the location is in a busy spot, the hotel is tucked away in a little side street and is very quiet.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I highly recommend The Resident Victoria to anyone looking for good accommodation in the vicinity of Buckingham Palace and Victoria.

The staff were simply outstanding! Their attention to detail was second to none, and they really went out of their way to make our stay as memorable and comfortable as possible. The location is excellent too!
If I were to be really picky, I’d say that a restaurant for breakfast would be a great addition to the hotel. That said, they do have a room service-type breakfast on offer, which requires you to fill in your order the night before.

Stay was very pleasant. One one of the nights the AC started making weird noises and the staff Sharath immediately helped us move into another room. The staff was very polite and the property was clean and the location was excellent.
