We loved our stay at the Resident Victoria! We recieved a warm welcome and a beautiful hand written card. The room was excellent, quiet and so comfortable, just what we needed after a long flight from Canada. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, well equipped new rooms. The staff was incredible and went out of their way for to make us feel welcomed. Every single one of them was incredibly helpful, polite and went above and beyond (and I met 6 of them). Would definitely stay again in next London stay.

The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful and kind. A really nice additional benefit is the water filter directly from the tap.
To top it off, we got a free room upgrade!

Location is perfect, near the Victoria station and walking distance to many sights and big parks. Really good supermarket 3mins walk and many different restaurants near by. Still on a very quiet street, and actually with good soundproofing? because we slept so good during nights. Rooms are modern and clean (cleaned and towels changed every day), good curtains and lighting. Because the hotel does not have a restaurant, mini kitchenette is a good addition, especially the microwave was handy for us and the drinkable Brita tapwater is perfect. Fridge could be better, if you would want to keep something actually cold enough. We had teenagers with us, and the sofabed was really good, big and comfortable. So were the normal beds. Aircon worked well. The staff is super polite, nice and helpful and made us feel most welcome. I think it has overall a very good quality-price -ratio, and would definitely visit again! Until next time!

Excellent stay in central London. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, making the experience really special. Perfect location and the room had everything you could need. Highly recommend.

Lovely welcome from friendly and professional staff. The hotel is in an attractive building and a great location. Our room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The kitchenette is a great addition.
