Staff were delightful. Kitchenette and location were superb for my needs. The breakfast and sandwich shop 50ft away was great.
Without a window, as was expected. But this very much helped me adjust to time zone!

This is a hidden gem. It is so quiet. Minutes walk from Victoria station and Buckingham palace. Hop-on bus tour around the corner. Excellent location for tourists.

the location is great. it is easy walking distance to Victoria station & Buckingham palace.
The staff were great and there were plenty of staff at the front desk for fast check in/check out.
It was great having a kitchenette in our room with a filtered water tap
the beds were very lumpy.

The location was perfect. We never met the people running it but met their cute and friendly cat! Overall it was beautiful and clean.
We both hit our head multiple times on the ceiling. It was a painful part of the charm.

Excellent location, comfortable room and great staff; particular shout out to Abir and Catia, who upon learning that we celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary surprised us with sparkling wine, chocolate, balloons and paper rose petals

Elegant oasis feel in a busy part of the city. Perfect location, a short walk to Belgravia and so easy for the changing of the guard. Easy access to the tube. Rooms are incredibly thoughtfully appointed. It’s the details: lights in closets, the BEST kitchenette inside a small cupboard, Brita filtered tap water, layers of blinds convenient for blocking out the all night light of nearby buildings. Bedding was lush and comfortable.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Lots of storage and sufficient plugs.
Nothing! But… one tiny area for improvement: better lighting in the room would be helpful. There are numerous lights, but in the evening it was not possible to illuminate the room fully. Lots of moody ambiance lighting, but room needed recessed ceiling lights for when you really need a well lit room, like during packing.

Very close to Victoria station. Room is clean and well stocked with microwave, mini fridge, heated towel racks.
But above all, service was wonderful. Thank you especially to Skender, who was not only kind and attentive but really went above and beyond during a difficult time we happened to be going through, offering his condolences with a card and chocolates.

Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room. Loved the small kitchen area. Lovely bathroom products.
