Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is close to many great attractions and restaurants, and everything is in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lawrence who provided us with many great recommendations for our short stay. It was also quite hot (for London) when we stayed, but they have AC in the rooms! Definitely recommend!
If you have a car, not a ton of parking nearby.

The team went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful surprise for my wife’s birthday — a gesture so thoughtful and heartfelt that it brought tears of joy. The staff were warm, genuinely friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. The location is simply perfect; steps away from the Underground and bus stops, we explored Westminster, Hyde Park, and so many iconic London landmarks with ease. And after long days of sightseeing, coming back to the hotel’s Wine Hour was pure bliss — the perfect way to unwind and recharge.
Honestly, there is very little to criticise. If anything, we would have loved for the Wine Hour to last just a little longer — it was that enjoyable!

The location is excellent -- very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, and easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Westminster and the Thames. The staff was very friendly; Gela in particular was actually quite helpful to us as we were struggling to get British Airways to deliver our luggage after it got separated from us during our flight to London. We would definitely consider returning.

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, well equipped new rooms. The staff was incredible and went out of their way for to make us feel welcomed. Every single one of them was incredibly helpful, polite and went above and beyond (and I met 6 of them). Would definitely stay again in next London stay.

The staff was amazing. They set up a birthday celebration in our room that was more than I had expected when they asked if we were there for a special occasion. The room and facilities were very comfortable and in a great location. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Welcoming hotel tucked away near Victoria station. Rooms had everything needed and to a high standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Molten Brown products in bathrooms and filtered water in rooms.
