The staff were very kind to make my partner’s birthday celebration very special. There were tasteful decorations and a bottle of prosecco in the room on our arrival. Lovely!

Staff were absolutely amazing , so friendly and helpful . We had the warmest of welcomes . Rooms are immaculate and the cleanest I have ever stayed in . Would highly recommend the hotel , a fabulous find and we will be back !

Loction is good, the bed is comfortable and room is clean.
Place is generally quiet. Lift works
Staff at reception all the time.
We stayed in a place around the corner and we had a separate kitchen, the photos are slightly misleading, because the kitchen is effectively a cupboard. The room is small, but what was noticeable that was that when there is a problem, the staff make no effort to fix it, so friends were staying in a basement, there are plenty of other rooms available, but they weren't prepared to make any effort to move them. If you are in a basement room you will hear the underground railway running until after midnight. For a very small room it is expensive.

Clean. Great location. Comfy bed.
The furniture was old. I don’t think that the king room I stayed in is 18sqm. The air conditioner made some strange noises during the night that woke me up.

A very lovely hotel in the heart of London. The staff were incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and gave great recommendations for activities. The rooms were very clean, and everything was centrally located! Thank you, Lawrence, for your hospitality and the wonderful recommendations you gave me. I will definitely be coming back!
