Great little hotel, in a great location. Staff very friendly with excellent customer service. Communication before and during stay was excellent. Drinkable tap water in the room was a bonus. I will stay again.

The property was in a great location, close to the big sightseeing locations but far enough away to have some peace and calm in busy London. The hotel was also close to a main train station which made getting around very easily. The staff were lovely and everything about my stay was very easy. The facilities were great, the room service was fantastic and would definitely recommend.

Such friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Very useful mini kitchenette allows you to eat in if you wished. Excellent position with good transport links to all parts of London. Guests invited into reception early evening for a complimentary glass of fizz or wine and to meet other guests
