The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was relatively good, and the room was clean!
The rooms were hot, the pillows were awful, and the amenities were surprisingly scarce for a 4 star hotel. It was also tiny. For the money, it felt more like a 3 star hotel. I hate the excuse that “London is expensive” - this is just ridiculous.

The location was very convenient for our stay and was close to some good food options. The room was very tastefully decorated and cleanliness was spot on.
The room was a little small. The double bed was against the wall meaning that I had to get in and out of the bottom of the bed.
