We loved the location and room! The cleanliness and amenities of the hotel were of a high quality. The staff could not do enough to help, in an authentic way. We also had a nice little surprise of a ‘Happy Hour’ in reception before we headed off to dinner.

Welcoming hotel tucked away near Victoria station. Rooms had everything needed and to a high standard. Friendly, helpful staff. Molten Brown products in bathrooms and filtered water in rooms.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is perfect—just a 5-min to Victoria Station and 3 min to Buckingham Palace. We could reach most major sights like Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, and Big Ben within a 15-20 minute walk. The rooms were clean and modern. There are a microwave and drinkable tap water in the room.

The location is perfect for walking to the hotel from the tube or the coach station, it's also just around the corner (3 mins) to Buckingham Palace, an easy walk along the Mall to Horseguards, Downing Street, Westminster. The hotel is in a quiet road, but really close to Cardinal Place for eating and a bit of shopping, easy to get to the tube. The staff are attentive, professional, friendly and helpful.
