Great value, was easily able to accommodate a 3rd adult in a room. Location was quiet. Facilities were very clean and housekeeping was excellent.

It strikes a rare balance of prime location, comfort, thoughtful amenities, and warm service. Whether for business, a romantic city break, or family travel, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — five stars.
The rooms are quite compact — fine for solo travelers or short stays, but it can feel tight if you have large luggage or are sharing with family.

Nice location, wonderful decor, handy to Westminster with plenty of pubs and cafes.

Great location to be walking distance to the underground, Buckingham palace, cute pubs, cafes, etc.
would stay here again for that!
Staff are very friendly! Daily drinks in the lobby for free.
The beds were very uncomfortable, the cleaners unplugged our phone everytime they serviced our room for some reason (thought that was a bit odd) so needing something extra into the evening or early morning was very hard to get as the phone was not easy to put back together!
There was not enough body wash in the container and they never refilled it, by the time we noticed couldn’t call down as the phone was unplugged

The light over bed or desk wasn’t good for reading
Before heading to Airport, having collected our bags , would have been nice to have facility of shower and towels, staff had to search for small towel, otherwise excellent

Good location and it was tucked away from the busy streets. I loved the big sized towels that were used for showering and the hotel staff were all gracious and very helpful. They also had a little happy hour that we didn’t attend, but I thought it was a nice touch.
