Wonderful
A warm welcome and early access to our room. It was small but quiet despite being directly on the street. A very tasty afternoon tea including a full gluten free vegan option. Staff were keen to help.
A rather limited vegan/gluten free breakfast.

Very Good
Let me start by saying, ALL of the staff is amazing! Each and every one of them were attentive and kind. Special nod to Levente at the concierge desk who was VERY helpful and friendly.
It's a unique and a little quirky hotel, which I truly enjoy! No cookie cutter hotel chain, this place has personality! Our room had a VERY comfortable king size bed, tub/shower combo (the shower head could use some attention) but the water pressure was good.
We ate dinner one night in their restaurant The Blue Door Bistro. We had their fish and chips with curry sauce on the side. Our first time having curry with fish and chips and it was wonderful! Great service, very attentive staff and delicious.
I LOVED the Leopard Bar. Great vibe, cocktails and snacks, but the best part was the saxophone player Martin. Martin you and the Girl From Ipanema” made my stay. Thank you Martin!
The living room area in the hotel has a great location, right off the nice lobby, but the furniture arrangement is TERRIBLE and most of the furniture is tired. Same furniture as in the brochure photos but again arranged horribly and in need of a desperate refresh! At the very least, bring in a space planner/designer to simply rearrange the furniture to make it feel more welcoming.

Wonderful
Lovely hotel with super friendly staff that offered excellent service. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like was the service charges that was added to the bill at the end of the stay. Although I could have asked for them to be removed, I prefer to know what I will spend at the time of booking.

Beautiful hotel, with accommodating staff!
It was like stepping back in time...a little luxury with class and a welcoming peaceful environment.
The reception offered a call in the morning and asked if we would like a paper...how refreshing people who still use / read newspapers...rather than encouraging electronic devices!
Nothing all was excellent!

The hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious and at a great price, but the staff are what elevate your welcome and give you an experience whilst you enjoy your stay at The Montage On The Garden.
I've stayed here a few times now and love how it becomes so personal, I can never find anything I did not like.

Wonderful
The concierge was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I left my credit card in the taxi when we left to board a train to Dover (this is what happens when you don't allow enough time to get to your destination). The concierge called me to let me know that I had left it and asked if I wanted them to send it to me or shred it. I was so happy that the taxi driver and the concierge was so gracious to inform me so that I did not have to worry about where I lost it. The concierge's recommendations for dining were spot on and above par. Breakfast was very good and the restaurants ambience was wonderful. One of the restaurants had a view of the gardens owned by the Duke of Bedford. The bar was well stocked with a beautiful design and wonderful entertainment. The location is in a quiet neighborhood, and it is easily walkable to numerous attractions.
Our room was quite small and not easy to maneuver around our luggage. Bathroom was small as well. However, the plus side was we had French doors that opened into a small, private courtyard. Unfortunately, we were not able to use it as it rained during our entire stay.

Everything was well presented, orderly and everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice and the tea was wonderful.
I was sick during our stay, but everything about the hotel made me feel better, including the custom hot toddy in the bar.
