Everything felt so clean and fresh. Lovely hotel which we have stayed before. Staff are great and very helpful. Situated short walk from tube station in pleasant area. Room nicely decorated with facilities (nice extra touches as staying for special Birthday) also bar/restaurant area very nice with good food. Live Jazz entertainer was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Note: the hotel is not a bland ultra modern style but more traditional look and feel of a high end classic layout.
Nothing really to dislike - only comment is putting the service charge on bar/food bill but this is becoming standard across all London hotels unfortunately.

Great location and wonderful staff! The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our experience!
