Wonderful
Extremely well appointed and a stone’s throw from the British Museum. Well positioned for the Eurostar hub as well which is just a short taxi ride away. Staff were both friendly and helpful. Bedroom and breakfasts were lovely.

First we got welcomed by a super friendly staff. My 10 year old daughter got hotel activities, and all the staff were so kind. I booked this hotel because of the cool rooms. I loved how the rooms were all colored, and not typical white standard and boring haha. And the room lived up to my expectation! My daughter also LOVED the room. We kept calling it the luxury hotel! The staff were friendly and kind our entire stay, and we especially loved the free drink for my daughter, that she got to make herself!

Bed was comfortable and the complimentary water was well received. The marble counter tops in the bathroom were also a nice feature. The staff who brough bags to our room were very helpful.
The lack of a walk in shower was disappointing. But this was a small inconvenience as the bath/shower combo were quite decent.

It was a beautiful hotel and the staff were welcoming and helpful
The classic room is very compact and the bed proved rather small for two people. It clearly says how big it is in the details so perhaps I should have considered it more. Really it is only suitable for one person.
