It was expensive, although not excessive. Bed could be considered too high for some people and climb in shower made it unsuitable for some people

Room 225 should not offered as a dedroom as it ajoins the linen cubo ard whichbin constent use by staff which is constanlty opening and closing from 6.00 am - very noisy doors opening and closing ,squeaking floorboards

Really nice room, comfy bed. Pillows could be a little softer and fluffier but, they were not bad. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choice and good quality food. Fantastic location for getting around London. Parking a reasonable price for London. Staff amazing, so kind, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable could not ask for better staff.

The hotel itself, the jazz nights and the wonderful staff who had the perfect blend of friendliness and courteousness. Sonia and her rice pudding went well beyond the call of duty. I would not stay anywhere else
