What a nice hotel! The staff was great, the room super comfortable, and because we stayed for nearly a week, we spent time in the sitting room on the ground floor, reading, having a wine, sometimes even eating. We loved it.

Confusion with my bookings and final payment. Bathroom facilities very poor. I was upgraded yet room was very small with outdated poor facilities. Pillows horrible. Housekeeping walked in without knocking ! However staff professional, polite , friendly with a smile.

It's a really nice place to be and in a superb location. Staff a friendly and helpful. It's a fairly upmarket place which can occasionally give good value rates.
Breakfast this time was not included - fair enough - but a price of £30 per head I think is unreallistically high.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the attention to service and the added details were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the lounge warm and comfortable, and our room although one of the smaller ones was spotless and perfectly comfortable for our stay. We enjoyed an evening in the Leopard Bar where the service again was exceptional. This is now our favourite London hotel.

Staff were wonderful. Hotel is in a great location.
The cleanliness overall was fine, but there were areas that needed a proper clean as opposed to a sparkle clean between guests. The room was looking tired in places. Would expect it to be a little better condition for £313 a night.
