Great hotel and the staff were amazing, very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The location was perfect with lots going on.

Excellent location, close to the main shopping area of Oxford - Regent Street and charming Marylebone. Close to public transport, Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Comfortable bed and clean room, access to health club and pool
The bathroom in the Cosy room type is really very small. Shower in the bath (that is too small for tall people)

I love the location of this hotel - right in the middle of Marylebone and easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Rooms are small but if you are ok with cosy then you will love it - plus if you plan on being out a lot it doesn’t matter anyway. Also in the middle of London you have to expect small!

Enjoyed the bars and all the staff were friendly and helpful, plus its a great location.
Our bathroom was incredibly small and in consequence was very disappointing. Friends of ours had a vastly larger room with a huge bathroom for the same money !
