The location and the common areas are nice.
The food is nice as well.
The rug in my bedroom was old and not hygienic.
I found a hair on my bed sheet.
But what was the worse happened at breakfast.
They only have 2 expensive menus. Nothing a la carte. I just wanted to have an avocado toast and it was in the 40 GBP menu. So I had to get out and find a coffee shop to have a decent breakfast at a decent price.
I won't come to the hotel again as I refuse to pay 35 or 40GBP for a toast and a coffee.

Very comfortable beds, perfect location, lovely decor.
For a hotel of this quality the food was really awful. in the bar - snacks - the chicken satay chicken tasted off. They forgot to bring one of the menu items. Brought incorrect drink. Breakfast - all of the food tasted old and was dry. Bacon was inedible. Room service - burger was undercooked and revolting and chips had seen better days. Crme brle was old. If you are staying here for the full hotel experience, better off staying in an apartment given all food needs to come from outside anyway. Cant fault the location though if you arent planning to eat anything.
