The hotel was outstanding and totally exceeded our expectations, it felt very grand and an incredible experience
The rooms weren’t that impressive and a little “tired” but the hotel was more important to us that the room itself , which is why we would return again

The lobby is picturesque place to relax, and the entire hotel is pristine and elegant. The staff is incredibly kind and go out of their way to help, carrying my luggage and offering me water. If you want to be treated like royalty, then this is a great place to stay.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. Location is excellent. The restaurant and gym were both very nice for a boutique hotel. Staff were really nice. Addressed me by my name. Bathroom was small but lovely. The water pressure and shower was spa quality. Highly recommend it.
My room was very nice but the windows overlooked a roof with air conditioners. Rather unpleasant view but I kept the curtains drawn ( curtains were lovely )

We were upgraded to a lovely room which I feel better suited the price we were paying.
Breakfast is very good but very expensive and doesn't give the price option for something small.

The hotel felt amazing quality, with exceptional treatment. The staff were super attentive and even surprised our daughter with Paddington bedding whilst we were there as the trip was specially themed to visit Paddington locations. The staff all went above and beyond and the price paid felt exceptional value for money considering the level of comfort and luxury we experienced.

bathroom ok but very compact
I DIDNT LIKW THE SERVICE CHARGES FOR ABSOLUTLEY EVERYTHING EVE REPLENISHING TEA BAGS ETC IN THE ROOM
AND IF YOU ORDER A DRINK THEY CHARGE YOU FOR THE NUTS AND OLIVES AND THE YOU GET A SERVICE CHARGE
