Amazing location, beautiful large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast and coffee. Great air conditioning in rooms.
Some of the staff and restaurant staff could be a little more friendlier and welcoming. Could do with a full length mirror some where. Walls slightly tired looking.

Lovely little hotel. Well kept and great breakfast options. Super friendly staff. One little niggle we missed during the booking process was that the hotel is actually divided into 2 smallish on different places on the street. We had 2 rooms ans got one room in each building. No big deal though.
Saturday night, 2 people in the bar, a few guests eating outside and a few guests eating inside. All good and well. Then we have the DJ. Blasting 140 decibel. Scaring people away. We couldn’t even hear what we said and sought dinner elsewhere. Not everything is a disco.

Location. Staff were extremely friendly. Room was small but comfortable
Considering the location which is the heart of Covent Garden the first night was pleasingly quiet. Sadly our second night was not. Base thumping music completely ruined our wonderful day celebrating our daughter's wedding. I anticipated it ending at 11pm as there is a restriction to protect residential areas. At 1am it still was constant. Sadly although I contacted the hotel and had a prompt response they could only report to the authorities. Having requested a quieter room a first floor front street facing maybe wasn't ideal. After the first night I was happy to potentially use the hotel again...now my experience the second night will probably prohibit my doing so.

The location is great, our rooms were lovely and the bathrooms were very spacious.
No resident bar after the restaurant closed.

Summertime at Covent Gardens is very packed. More so every summer.

Window views. Comfortable bed. Expansive bedroom and bath. Proximity to Covent Garden activities. Hotel staff were attentive and charming.
Access to room required climbing a full flight of narrow stairs. Paucity of drawer and shelf storage necessitated living out of our suitcases. Vehicle access to hotel severely restricted, a problem vis a vis luggage.

Great location and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are going to the theatre then they are all within walking distance and there are plenty of local restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at Henrietta Experimental! The room was gorgeous and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was amazing - we could walk to all of the main sights in the area or to the closest station to catch the train.
