Lovely hotel.
Staff incompetent. One young staff could not understand what I ordered every time I ordered.
I was charged €329 for a room I never booked. My account was hacked and despite pleading with manager she refused to give me back my money.
I paid for everything by card and on leaving I was humiliated by the man on desk came out to me in waiting area by breakfast in front of people to say I have not paid my bill. Horrific behaviour. He was then told I paid everything.
Keep leaving front door wide open and bit is icy cold in bfeakfast area as a result.
Hotel beautifiul. Manager, girl at breakfast and man on desk a very big thumbs DOWN.

the room/suite was fantastic. Large with balcony and view.
the majority of the staff was not helpful. Could not recommend restaurants or make reservations. Did not know the directions to places and did not seem knowledgeable of the neighborhood. Not true for all staff. Every one was very nice and friendly

This was the second time we stayed here, because we liked it so much the first time. This time we were given a large very comfortable room facing the street and we were amazed how quiet it was. Staff again were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the varied continental breakfast in the relaxed restaurant. We hope to be back again.
The bathroom could do with being upgraded. It was very large and the bath with the overhead shower was slippery and quite difficult to get into. We would have preferred a walk-in shower, which there would have been space for.
