The Hari London made my birthday trip truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful — they went above and beyond to make me feel special throughout my stay. The room was beautiful, elegant, and extremely comfortable, with such a calm and luxurious atmosphere. The location was perfect, the service was exceptional, and every little detail felt carefully considered. It honestly felt like a home away from home, but elevated in every way. Unexceptional service for the price. We were offered a glass of wine when we arrived and it was never delivered. The staff seemed rather indifferent when we mentioned it later.

Great location, clean room, and very good housekeeping. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helped quickly with any request.
The closet near the entrance was too small, and there was no dresser or enough space to unpack clothes. I had to keep most of my things in the suitcase.
