Great location, clean room, and very good housekeeping. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helped quickly with any request.
The closet near the entrance was too small, and there was no dresser or enough space to unpack clothes. I had to keep most of my things in the suitcase.

The location is great, welcoming staff, very clean, very comfortable bed.
The human engineering of the room is strange, it took me a while to get organized. I declined the discretionary service charge after reading reviews. The hotel is very expensive but is definitely not a five star hotel. It’s a 4 star hotel in a lovely neighborhood.

I stay at The Hari every time I’m in London, and it never disappoints. It genuinely feels like a home away from home. One of the biggest luxuries for me is that even before I arrive, the team carefully receives and holds all my deliveries—such a thoughtful and seamless service. The entire staff is consistently warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything you might need. On my last visit, I even saw two friends of mine staying there at the same time, both on my recommendation—which I loved.
The only minor downside would be that the sound insulation in the rooms could be improved, as some noise from adjacent rooms or the hallway can occasionally be heard.

Location and staff
Room quality not as good as first time. Poor ceiling lighting in bathroom area. Shower in bath as opposed to walk in shower not explained. Complimentary fizz not offered on this occasion so no consistency.
